I absolutely love these glasses! I have had bifocals in the past at other places that NEVER worked for me.
After the exam I told everyone I was hopeful these would work. Dr. Sanders was very thorough,Michelle helped me to pick out great frames, and and the entire staff was amazing. So very helpful. When the glasses arrived, they were GREAT! I was so happy to drive to work the next day, I could SEE. The bifocals are so smooth, no motion that causes nausea! Thank you for a great exam, an easy experience, and the best glasses that I've had in years!

Furthermore, I was fortunate to meet Michelle, who showcased an impressive level of knowledge when it came to frames and options tailored to my specific vision needs. Her expertise in helping me find the perfect frames was invaluable. Michelle’s patience and dedication in explaining the various choices available left me feeling confident and excited about my new eyewear.

Lastly, I must commend Dr. Sanders for the exceptional level of professionalism and empathy displayed during my appointment. Amazing doctor. Amazing staff. I would give it a 100 stars if I could. I had an eye injury, they got me in asap. Dr. Sanders was extremely kind and professional and her office manager Nicole is the absolute best! HIGHLY recommended!

This female office is very professional and has all the latest technology. The best part is they explain what they are about to do and why each test is important.

I moved to the Ottawa area a year ago and therefore needed to find a new optometrist. I went to Dr Wendy Sanders because she had good reviews. When I saw Dr Sanders, she was very pleasant and thorough. It took several weeks for my glasses to come in and once I tried them on, I could tell immediately that something was wrong. I was having g difficulty reading the calendar on the wall! I explained that to the technician and she told me to just take them home and try them for 2 weeks. I told her I could not see well, so why would I try and take them home? She was definitely not listening, or just didn't care! I insisted on going back and seeing the eye chart to see just how bad they were and I could barely read the second line. She said that was great and sent me home. I was very disappointed and frustrated! I left and while driving home, I felt like I was going to wreck my car because I was so dizzy and everything seemed very distorted. How was i supposed to get used to something like that? That was so dangerous! After 2 1/2 weeks, I called again and they had me come back in for an exam. Dr. Sanders readjusted my prescription and had a new pair of glasses ordered for me. Once they came in, I tried them on and they were somewhat better but still not great. I still felt a distortion and could not see as clearly as I could in the past. Once again they told me to take them home and try them. I tried them for several weeks and finally gave up and made an appointment with my former optometrist. He did an exam and checked the prescription in my new glasses that I had received from Dr Sanders. He said they were way way too strong for me! Therefore I ordered new glasses from him abs they were perfect! But in out the cost of a second exam and a pair of glasses!

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I've tried everything I could and was getting nowhere, so by writing this review, i can hopefully prevent someone else from going through this kind of ordeal.

I would have only given this one star because of the service and the Very uncaring Tech. But Dr Sanders was very nice

Worst place ever! Terrible customer service and very lazy personnel!
Please if you have kids leave them at home or leave them in the street because the lazy manager won’t clean or sanitize! Also masks are 1 dollar and if you don’t have money you can leave. Overall they need new personnel, if you can’t have customer service, don’t come to work.

Took 2 months to get my glasses she always had an excuse as to why they weren't ready. Never going back!!!
