Wayne at the Huntley location is amazing. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and takes the time to listen to your needs. We upgraded our mattress and the base; Wayne explained and demonstrated the adjustable base features, he answered all our questions. Wayne explained our invoice, savings and delivery items, even provided a delivery date much sooner than we had anticipated. I would highly recommend visiting the Huntley location and asking for Wayne!

Joel was fantastic and very patient during our mattress buying experience. He walked us through the showroom showing us all our options as people who didn’t know what we really wanted. We ended up finding the perfect one and it was a very simple process.

I was very hesitant about going into a mattress store. There are so many - how do you choose the right one and how do you know that the salesperson will provide the information you need instead of a hard sell for whatever they are pushing. After seeing the reviews for Mattress Firm and Wayne, the store manager, I chose to go there versus buying online (how do you possibly buy a mattress you haven’t tested??). Wayne showed me exactly what I asked for and pointed out the pros and cons of each price point. I am very happy with my experience so far and can’t wait to get my new mattress.

Where do I begin my review! Wayne was the best in every aspect of our buying process. He answered all of my questions without hesitation and displayed amazing knowledge of these mattresses. He helped me narrow down my choice of mattress within minutes and made the experience all together, that much better. This has been the 4th mattress that we have bought from Wayne personally within the last 6 years. And there is a clear reason as to why we return to him everytime. We had a wonderful experience shopping at Mattress Firm in Huntley! Wayne was one of the kindest, most patient, and caring salesmen I have ever worked with. He truly cared about teaching and explaining to us the products to make sure we knew exactly what we were looking at. He cared more about us being educated on the product and happy with our decision then trying to sell us a mattress.
