The Huntley Dairy Mart

Finally got some time to visit this establishment in Huntley. I am not sure why it took so long but glad we finally stopped by. Staff was very friendly. Many options on the menu and can be a bit overwhelming so it took a bit of time to figure out what I wanted even though I was 90% sure I wanted to taste their burgers. I was happy to see they had sweet potato fries. 😀. All food was delicious and prices were reasonable. My wife tried their milkshake and she liked it. We are looking forward to the next visit so we can try some more menu options.

We enjoyed a strawberry shake and a hot fudge sundae with added raspberry sauce.

My family is so happy we have this delicious place to go to. Their dishes range from hot dogs to hearty dinners, which are perfect for those looking for a one stop shop. I’ve lived here more than 20 Years. Ownership changes has been a big problem. I hope new (and family related) ownership changes have made the community relieved that this will be a continued staple.

Usually I write satirical reviews but I honestly don't have one for this place. Been going here since I was a kid and the memories alone are worth it. Ice cream is good too which is a plus

Have been here twice now and both times was great. Love the old time feel. The swirl cones are a must have and there are so many choices to dip the cone in. I will be back!

We found this gem while looking for ice cream one night. We had ordered a variety of different treats and they were all delicious. I got a Boston shake, which apparently is a shake with a sundae on top of it. Delicious, and fun.

I love this place. In the area camping and my wife found it online. It's just like a place in our hometown with the 50's-60's vibe.

While I have not come to this place all the often, simply because of the distance. When I do come, though, it is always a treat, the ice cream is smooth, and the flavor is good. The general atmosphere is seemingly of a time before now in the age of technology. One of these days, I plan to actually try the food, though as of right now, the ice cream is all I've tried, and I've been happily satisfied with that.

Hidden local gem , spicy chicken sandwich and the banana boat are must haves !!!

Great little roadside stop (and I'm sure locals love it too). Only tried the ice cream - butterscotch sundae with pecans was super tasty. I would go back for food if I'm out that way.

I have never been disappointed with anything I've ever had at Huntley Dairy Mart!!! What a great place to bring your family, friends, kids, a date or even the team after a game. I've always received excellent service. Even when they stay open late because of the long line going down the sidewalk along Rte 47. Even on a hot day, the breeze from traffic keeps you cool while chatting in line waiting for a cool treat. Be sure to make a stop at the Huntley Dairy Mart a regular occurrence. That way we can pass this hometown treasure on to the next generation!!!!!!!!!

Great old fashioned ice cream experience. We take our dogs here every year for birthday cones. The staff always has a smile on their faces and soft serve is as good as it's always been. Wonderful family experience, perfect for a warm Sunday afternoon stop off.

Had a cheeseburger and a chocolate malt. And the cheese fries 🍟 were excellent! Thinner fries fresh cut. Wondrrful!! The cheeseburger was old school, nice soft bun and plenty of gooey American cheese. I had driven past many many times and wanted to try it out. I'm glad that I did!
