I have been banking with ABT ever since they opened several years ago. All of the employees there are always in a good mood and are very helpful no matter how small or big my needs are at that particular moment. I have banked with several other banks over my 28 years operating dental practices in the area and ABT has far exceeded my expectations while delivering big bank features with a small, hometown touch.

I have banked with them for years and they have a fun jr. Savers program for kids that make it fun and exciting for them to save. It's the little touches they have that I love. They are always so friendly!

Very customer oriented and services available

Opened an account in person. Banker incorrectly typed in both the SSN and last name fields. Upon coming home, with online enrollment failing a Wintrust phone agent confirmed the errors by this banker. Was told these errors could only be rectified in person. Visited a 2nd time only to find out I would need a 3rd visit to return a signed document for the SSN change. While on this 2nd visit, the 2nd banker couldn't get help from her own Wintrust phone agent and had to start all over with another. This 2nd banker didn't acknowledge the difference between the digit "0" and the letter "O". After nearly an hour at the bank on this 2nd visit, online access was granted, only to find that the username created wasn't the username I gave her. I inappropriately got upset. The staff is nice, but money management requires accuracy. Don't trust this bank with your data. Don't this bank with your time.

Worst bank ever

I have been a client of Wintrust for over a decade, almost 15 years. Year 2020 - 2022, my business debit card was compromised several times, I had asked the bank to put an alert on my account every time the account was used to avoid further invalid charges. This never happened, even after talking to tech support, the VP Mary C at the branch. The way Mary just spoke to me, was unprofessional- offensive and I will be taking this to higher ups within Wintrust. I will be switching banks. I have 4 accounts. My two sons have 3 accounts - we will all be moving our banking to a more professional - support that works, and alerts that actually happen to protect consumers money. This bank has also had horrible customer service, I told Mary C about this, the VP, and she told me they can't hire any good people, that the people they have are not good at working with customers. I was floored to hear this. Do not bank here!

Tech support that doesn't work which has lead to my debit card being compromised- when I was receiving alerts, this was avoided. I called at least 100 times, this is not an embellishment, to get the alerts back on. Never happened and guess what my card was comprimised for 8.88, and the VP told me to find a new bank in such a harsh manner, considering I've been a client and my family for 15 years, one would think Mary C, the VP would conduct herself better. My entire family will never bank here again. Bad service, tech support doesn't work, and they admit to hiring the botttom of the barrel to fill seats because there isn't good talent. Why this would be relayed to a customer is beyone me, straight from the VP's mouth. Do not bank here!
