The store is huge and seems to have a great selection. I was helped very quickly and Nick even helped me with the install which was just above and beyond.
Plenty of parking, convenient location. Good hours.

I had bought a defective alternator and the staff at this location not only gave me a replacement alternator but also provided the tools to change it out in the parking lot. They offered to do the work but I knew how to do after having done a few weeks earlier. These guys gave top notch customer service. Thanks again Brandon!

Advance Auto Parts has helped me several times in the past. They have the right parts at the right prices with their helpful, friendly staff. Such as free wiper installation, the best batteries from Die-Hard, and the finest car detailing supplies.

I went into the store thinking I was just getting a battery for my Silverado and wound up making Advanced Auto Parts in the Rapids the only car parts store I will go to. Carl and Dane were like Batman and Robin and literally saved the day for me. My truck barely started and after dealing with Carl and Dane my truck was back to perfect! They both were so friendly and helpful. I am not a car guy and never boast to be, but they knew exactly what I needed and were both extremely professional. I am a customer service manager for a large IT company and deal with people all day long and know when I see and experience top tier support which Carl and Dane provided. I can not thank them enough for the perfect service and a level of professionalism second to none. They made a life long client out of me. Thank you guys again!!!

Store was clean and service was polite, friendly and attentative. Every employee made sure to greet us and ask if there was anything I needed looked up or if I needed assistance in any way. They were all willing to put down what they were doing and look up 8 parts for 1 of my vehicles. They knew I wasn't going to purchase any of them, however they still put everything into the online shopping cart and printed it off for me. They even went as far as to write down the expected shipping dates for each item. I was very satisfied with my shopping experience at this advance auto parts store.

Very helpful staff. Makes you feel like your in the right parts store. They are a little higher priced on a few things than other similar stores, but the rewards program makes it all worthwhile. This particular advance has never let me down.

Clean, nice store. No waiting for service (ample number of employees). Good selection of quality vehicle batteries. For most vehicles, they'll install for free any new battery purchased there. They also offer other free services like testing batteries, starters and alternators.

These guys are great. They have a pretty good crew over there. I just want to say thank you for all the help with my muffler.

Always friendly and helpful even when they don't have what I need they will let me know of places other than their store that I may be able to locate what I'm searching for.
