We recently got our roofing and siding done with Savage Roofing Company and we are highly satisfied. Danny, the owner made sure to fully explain the process and everything we could expect. The communication with the team was also great! Erika made sure to keep us up to date with the process and if anything changed. She would return calls in a timely manner and the application they use to communicate was also updated with everything call and voicemail. Overall our experience and outcome was great. We are highly satisfied with the results.

Our total removal and installation with our roof was flawless from the beginning to the end. Great communication from everyone in the company that we talked too!! Excellent job and clean up was super!! Dustin took very good care of us and answered all our questions from the start to the end!!

We have seen the Savage Roofing Trucks for years, so we knew they were a trusted part of our community. When the storm hit, I knew exactly who I would call. Daniel walked us through the whole process. They gave us clear expectations and followed through as well as followed up. We did have a hiccup outside of Savage's control, but it was handled swiftly and satisfactory. It's easy to rate and judge a company when everything goes perfectly, but what you really want is a company that knows exactly how to make things right when hiccups arise. This is the mark of a truly professional company and I would highly recommend Savage Roofing to my friends and family.

My house was in need of a brand-new roof.The owner himself came out to do the estimate,worked with insurance and ,he was extremely professional he explained everything to me A to Z.He explained in great detail what kind of roof he would recommend and why. He also explained, that there might be some additional charges and he listed what they would before. So, I decided to go with this company. And, I’m very happy I did. The people who installed my roof were very friendly, and made sure to meet my,needs and to be be very careful with all my landscaping!!😅😂😂They did an amazing job. This company has went beyond and far for me with insurance to make sure that my roof would be replaced and they have exceeded and I couldn't be happier !I would definitely recommend SAVAGE ROOFING to anyone who needs a new roof. When I need a new roof again this if my company(BTW they did my gutter and they do ,siding as well )❤❤

I can’t say enough nice things about the prompt professionalism while working with this company. Daniel was the lead and was very thorough in accessing our insurance plan and laying out all of our options in terms of funding and repairs. Erika and Vivi from the office were so responsive through the client portal and updated us every step of the way. Project was projected on a certain day and the team was on time and completed everything within 2 days. The entire process was such a breeze! And the the end product looks great!

Like all insurance companies, they all take your money but when it comes to a claim, they do not want to become liable. They only wanted to repair some shingles. Daniel as our public adjuster fought for all the flaws our roof had when affected by the storm. On top of the storm, Daniel and his knowledge fought for our new roof and sheeting as it was not up to code when built in the city of Joliet.

Savage Roofing was a great company to work with and I ended up with a great roof that is going to keep me dry for many years. They were very knowledgeable about residential flat roof construction. Savage did a great job with the roofing and siding on our home! It was a fight to get it done because Allstate kept denying our claim. It took two years to get it approved with numerous calls to the state about Allstate. Daniel and his team were persistent on holding Allstate accountable and went above and beyond to assure that we were happy with the completed project. I would highly recommend them especially if you have an insurance claim.

Savage roofing did an amazing job on my roof and gutter placement. Danny was exceptionally professional and kind, all of the workers were gracious and courteous. I give a special shout out to Vivie and Erica and all the office staff too! I love the new roof and gutters and especially the fact that they were very good at cleaning up the yard. I highly recommend this company.

After a hail storm this spring I called Savage Roofing to come out and do an inspection. The owner Danny came out and found damage on the roof. From that point on Danny and his amazing team handled everything for us. Savage handled all of the insurance meetings and paperwork, scheduled the install and believe it or not they showed up on the scheduled day, (that is rare these days with contractors) and completed the roof, gutters and downspouts as promised. The team on site was amazing and courteous. The Savage team did a great job protecting our landscaping and the cleanup was absolutely perfect. The attention to detail on the roof and gutters was second to nun. If you need a roof and no hassles Savage is your only choice.

I can't say enough about Savage Roofing Inc and also Legendary Adjusting Firm. They did a complete re-roof and new gutters of my home. From the beginning Daniel laid everything out for me and explained all of my options to me very thoroughly. He took care of everything I needed and there were no surprises. I am extremely pleased with the customer service, quality craftsmanship and level of professionalism that I received throughout the entire process. From the office staff to the working crew, everyone was very pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. That made it very easy to work with them.

I never ever do google reviews, so for me to do a review says that The Team at Savage Roofing are A+++++. They came in replaced our roof on our home and detached garage damaged by a storm , they also replace our old gutters. Everything from the Sales person Angel coming out giving us our estimate and working with our insurance company to completion of our work, was seemless and 100 % stressLESS. The owner came out the day before the work was to be done, to introduce himself and to make sure everything that was needed was there. They also cleaned up after themselves!!! From the Owner to the roofers to the the Ladies who work in the office, they all operate in Excellence. They emailed at the completion of our work with picture of before and after. My Husband and I are 1000% pleased with their work. We recommend them for your big and small jobs, from your home to your buisness.

Working with the Savage team has been a great experience. Since day 1, Danny outlined the entire process and what to expect. He was correct in everything he had said. The communication that his team has provided over the course of the entire process was extremely helpful, leaving no question about where we were.

On installation day, the crew arrived early and put down many tarps to catch the scraps. The team did an excellent job cleaning up as well. While we did find some nails, I believe it's expected to find some and not a knock on the installers (again, they did an excellent job covering the property and putting tarps down).

The roof looks awesome (exactly like Danny said), we couldn't be happier. Will definitely recommend to others!

The crew, that did the actual work, on our roof and gutters, were great!
