Working with this location has been amazing. You know life happens and there were times I needed to make some adjustments and Michelle really came through. She gave me the information I needed to make the appreciate decisions regarding my unit. She really made this experience smooth and simple. Exactly what I need.

Highly recommend for storage!!! Michelle is great and makes the process very easy. I recently had an issue with my unit (no fault of StorSafe) and she went out of her way to help me resolve my problem quickly!

We rented our storage unit online which was super easy. We went over to pick up our keys and ask a few questions. The District Manager, Mark happened to be onsite and he was so helpful. He helped us set up the app on our phone which we can use to unlock the gate remotely. Then he met us at our storage unit to make sure we knew how to operate the lock and to see if we were happy with the super clean storage unit. Thank you, Mark for all your help.

Michelle was fantastic and available before and after hours. She was empathetic to my needs and worked with me to find the best solution for my storage needs. Very satisfied after going through a very negative experience with a national storage facility in the next town over.

Mark was super helpful and walked us through each step. He guided us directly to our unit and even took the time to teach us how to use our lock and access the location. Everything went a lot smoother than anticipated and I was very pleased with the experience.

Michelle was super helpful in my two dealings with billing issues relating to moving and account issues, even showing me where I can save money each month by using insurance I already have. Thanks to her effort that is above expectations I am saving a little more money each month.

I have recently been considering moving out to Huntley Illinois, possibly Del Webb. After years of accumulating junk I was looking for a good, convenient storage facility. I took a quick visit to StoreSafe on Kiley Drive and the lady in the office, Michelle, was extremely responsive. She courteously and professionally answered all of my questions and offered a great space at a great price. Michelle was totally great! I would definitely recommend StoreSafe to anyone considering moving into the Huntley Illinois area.

Michelle at StorSafe is great! She is totally on the ball and returns calls promptly. You can’t find a better manager who cares more about her job than Michelle. I would definitely rent from StorSafe again!

This storage facility was perfect for us to store our entire house until we found a new home out of state. It was clean and safe. Many times I went there alone at night to put things in storage and I never felt uncomfortable. The girls there ( Chris and Michelle ) were so nice and helpful. We really enjoyed this facility and highly recommend this storage facility!

Chris, one of the property managers, has been absolutely fantastic throughout our time using this facility. Friendly, courteous and accommodating - which is saying a lot because we stored my parents belongings here after my father passed away and my mom’s health declined. I definitely recommend this facility if you need additional storage.
