Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

This was like the second or third visit. It is usually always a good time. The zip line was great the glow in the dark ball pit was great. The best part was youngest fell asleep after and stayed asleep all night. It wasn't too crowded for a nice Friday night.

Tried out a new location than I usually visit for my niece birthday. This location all of the attractions we’re up and working. The hot wings are good!

We attended a birthday party. This was our first ever visit. Very well managed location a lot of great areas for the kids to play. My grandson did not want to leave.

This place is so awesome my kids LOVED IT!!🥰🥰 They did not want to leave this wonderful place.😂❤ I will definitely be coming back here soon. My three kids loved it I even took a picture of each one and they said Hi! And then later we went to Mc Donald’s since we were too broke to buy food from here😅

Yes the entire place is ran by teenagers however they are kind courteous and have great customer service skills. And it makes sense of why young people would work this sort of job.

My review: We did a birthday party for my son and it was the most I've ever spent for a birthday party but the kids loved it and it really was a pretty stress-free event. The staff was very accommodating and made the event a truly fun time. I think my biggest issue was food was not included in the birthday package and it was something that I had to pay for a separately. Although I'm not sure I would do a birthday party again because of the cost even though it was a great time, we will be back as a family for a fun day with just us and the kids.

This Urban Air was great. I mostly do reviews based on the experience,not this time around I was impressed by the upkeep and the Covid 19 sanitary service that was consistent throughout the facility. I’ve never been to a children’s amusement facility where it was constantly cleaning of equipment seating just making sure families where being safe while the kid’s enjoyed themselves. I saw management on the floors at all time’s being consistent checking on families it was such a great experience. I will definitely be back.
Also the sleeping kid’s on the ride home speaks volume they had a wonderful time.

This was my third experience. This was better. Just need to work on cooking the chicken tenders. Or changing the batter. Too hard. Not crunchy. Customer service was great. I left my iPhone on the counter as I was checking the kids and myself in. All the time I was in there didn’t realize I didn’t have it. When we were leaving I realized I didn’t have it. Went back in the manager/young man had IT. I am grateful.

This place is awesome! We went to a birthday party there this week and everyone was extremely impressed. Very clean, a lot of staff to keep things moving, and overall a great experience.

Its sooo lovely..i love this place first off all because the employees over her is soo friendly and nice..second because they have everygame u can imagin from trampolines to lasertag to climbing ropes ..many many things ur kids can play and enjoy..it meets ages from 4/5 to 18..the lighting and the atmosphere is wounderful and energetic..they have a resturent and a place where u and the kids can set and eat..its a perfect place to come hangout with the kids..just dont forget to sign the wavier by going to their website online..enjoy😍😘

Kids... Teenagers.. Adults! They can all have a good time. This place was buzzing with activity within every square inch of the facility. There are at least 11 or 12 activity stations and time goes by really fast. The music and lights add a feel and touch where you won't see at other places (e g., SkyZone, Gizmos, Funtopia, etc). The staff is very aware and responsive to everyone's needs. Great place! We highly recommend trying this place for something new.

I understand the chaos these kind of places can be on the weekend and not to mention 43 birthday parties! But jay was very patient and attentive he is definitely a role model to all his peers.

Great place for kids to have fun! They have a zip line, and it’s a good place to have birthday parties.

Busy, but the activities for the kids are awesome. The staff is always helpful and kind.

This place was absolutely amazing!! I took my child to urban air for a birthday party and the party host Kristian was absolutely amazing very fast paced and organized.

Ok strongly recommend this place, why? Kevin. He really does care about the people that come in here. He wants a family to have a great time. The place is clean and everything works. My kids loved everything in the place. It’s close by home and a place for having fun safely.

My girls, and my niece and nephew, had an awesome time when we took them here. It was clean and not crowded. The staff was very courteous and helpful. There was seating, by the concessions, where parents can sit and see their kids in most areas. We'll definitely be back!

Wow!! This place was amazing today was my first time here and I have to say no regrets from the time you walk in they make feel at home, Kevin and all his staff where awesome! They really take covid serious they have temperature and mask check right when you walk in and sanitizer thru out the whole place kevin's staff where so so clean thank you so much guys for caring about us we'll definitely be back.

The staff were amazing and the facility is so much fun! Our kids really enjoyed that they had laser tag too!

I’ve been in line long enough to go through all my emails and write this review there must be 10 kids working behind the counter and the line hasn’t moved in 20 minutes no joke I’m missing my kids pizza party to get some drinks and the pizza was 40 min late I don’t know how to ignore one other thing an employee team member is wearing his pants around his thighs and his colorful under ware is exposed to all the kids to see he must be an artist or something.

The 5 stars is because it’s not the employees fault almost all of them are kids them selves they don’t know any better no sense of urgency or customer service sense but polite
