I arrived at this hotel expecting the worst, I was having a rough evening and I didn’t need a terrible hotel experience on top of it. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a young gentleman, Brandon. This employee made me feel more than welcome and also put to rest every concern I had, fantastic service. The Room was clean. Noise level was much better than I anticipated. Bathroom needs upgrade and location is not the best. Overall exceeded my expectations.

Very easy to get a room, reasonable price and policies. The attendant was polite and professional, he really made me feel welcomed. I just stayed overnight, it was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, shower had great pressure and consistent temperature. I'd definitely stay again!

Was pleasantly surprised, owners are renovating it into a pretty nice place. Rooms were clean , bed was comfortable

Pretty good breakfast and even though close to a highway it was quiet in the room and my room was near to the road. Good TV but the WiFi could be patchy.

Friendly staff! Noisy customers there though. Women at the desk was great and bubbly. Also the guy that checked me out in the morning was a blessing to have. The person that had my deposit slip went to jail so I didn't have it and the worker refunded me it anyways! Very understanding!!!

Nice place for the price! I wouldn’t mind staying here again. Rooms are clean breakfast was good. I recommend the urban extended stay if you’re in the middle of moving!

We stay at the valley inn and it's a good place to be if you are getting on your feet. Affordable , clean and peaceful. The staff Ms. Maria and Ms. Jessica have been most wonderful in making sure our needs are met. Neighbors are respectable and yes I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks guys your awesome100

Maria and Debbie are two of the kindest and sweetest people I have ever met. With the situation I was in Maria took the time to listen and let me basically vent to her. Debbie welcomed my little family with open arms and still does to this day. I am beyond blessed to know these women and consider one a second mom and a very good friend. Thank you for everything Maria and Debbie!

Great. Awesome staff. Pet friendly. Easy access to the room. If you need a affordable motel to stay at.this would be a good choice. Its safe clean the room are nice . Theres also a resource Room that helps with finacial assistance and other resources.you may need.all in general when you need a place and you aint got nowhere to go else valley inn is the place to go its cheap the staff are decent.

Nice location, right off the highway but just far away from the city to enjoy some peace and quiet. Rooms are ample enough in size to enjoy, and the other tenants are polite and not obnoxious at all. Would recommend!

Great Place!!!!!!! These people help in need, not even social services can claim not. I would be living in my car if not for Valley Inn! All these places turned me down for help. United Way, Salvation Army, Leven, & Social services. I had to give away all my stuff, everything. Homeless, jobless. It's sick to think of their rules. You have to have money to be saved!!! But Valley Inn saved me!!!

I had a great stay. Room was clean comfortable and reasonably priced. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful

Wow it was so stunning the change since last time I was there remodel all rooms a whole new place and the staff very friendly help full awsome breakfast every thing a kid could want to eat but thank you to whole staff would come back 100,,,percent I will

Brand new carpet, remodeled room. Rents by the month at the best price around. Friendly staff! New owners! They've really improved.

I own the valley in and who ever said we are not fair I'm sorry we have helped people to max we let them do payment plans they come with not much Money and we help them as much as possible we have help lots of guest and about deposits if your place is bad then yes we will keep your deposit for the simple fact that it cost us money to clean and maintan the place we do take pic and videos to be on safe side I'm always here to help 100 percent and its kinda sad how people stay and if they don't get there way or fallow rules they say its the worse place in the world sorry fallow rules and you will be fine

The owners are doing renovations and trying to make the motel a better place. We love being here and we are glad places like this exist or we would have been homeless.

Great place. I love it I hope we can go back soon. Breakfast is amazing and they have great customer service.

Staff is always nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious. Good affordable prices for people who need to stay long term
