I was having some severe tooth pain and I will 100% go back to them. Everyone I spoke to was so kind and had no judgment. The assistant taking care of me was the sweetest, she held my hand during my procedure and kept me informed what the doctor was doing the entire time. Dr. Sara was the doctor doing the procedure and she was so patient with me. The pricing to have it done was also cheap compared to others in the area!

I completely broke off my top front tooth. Within 24 hours of walking in the front door of DCOF, I had a new tooth. The cost blew me away. The entire procedure cost less than $300 and they had to remove the root of my original tooth. The niceness and understanding of the staff was awesome. I recommend them to everyone. I plan to continue all of my dental care here. Dr Sara ROCKS!!!!! Thank you all for treating my situation with such urgency and understanding !!!

Staff were extra helpful. Was able to squeeze me in first thing in the morning when I had a dental emergency. I had called several other places that had turned me away. I was very impressed by the welcoming and very care oriented dentist and hygienist. I plan to return in the future for normal cleaning.

Dental Center of Florence is amazing! The people are so kind and understanding. I chipped a tooth in half on my dentures. Called them at 1:30pm, they told me to come in and they'd take a look at them and see what could be done. Arrived at 2:30 and they told me it could be fixed by 4:30 that same day. You can't even tell where they fixed it! They do amazing work

Dr. Meagan Grimm was fantastic for my teeth cleaning and oral exam. She was very knowledgeable about how I can change my brushing and flossing to improve my oral health. She made me feel comfortable since this was my first time at this clinic. Dr. Grimm was friendly, quick, and efficient. If you need a new dentist she’s awesome!

DCOF is great professionally and for an all-around experience. I went during the solar eclipse. My dentist was in surgery, the dental assistant made sure I could watch the event while waiting. They do a great job and make you feel welcome!

Went to Dental Center of Florence as a new patient. Was given a routine cleaning and examination. Staff were very courteous and professional. During the cleaning an instrument was used that provided a water jet spray. Was much better than the scraping method that I had in the past. I would highly recommend Dental Center of Florence.

DCOF was absolutely amazing! They got me in faster than any other office in the entire tri-state and treated me better than any other office I've been to! They were kind, informative, and clean! They also have better pricing than other places! I got in same day for an extraction and paid $50 less than I paid at a different office for the same service! The entire office from waiting room to exam room was clean and smelled nice! 10/10 would highly recommend! Thank you DCOF for going above and beyond!

My entire life I have had a disdainful view of dentists, not that I have no respect for the job, but that I've had a series of bad experiences with them, so much so that I avoided them for over a decade. When I finally broke down and went to see one, I was sure to do my due diligence in making the best choice that I could with respect to sharp and pointed objects in my mouth. The dental center of Florence has exceeded my every expectation in terms of bed side mannerism, professionalism, and ease of operation. They are very well priced and have simple, step by step, custom individual pathway to reaching ones oral health goal, and honestly, they are extremely gentle with the numbing process. They go out of their way to make sure they cause as little discomfort as possible, which is a boon that cannot but understated. I have recommended friends and family to their location for all manner of dental needs, as I now recommend you, to give them a chance the next time you need a dentist.

I have never been made to feel more comfortable about a dentist visit than I was today. Chelsey and Dr. Grimm both were outstanding in personality and knowledge, and I would highly recommend Dental Center of Florence to anyone looking for a dentist.

My husband had many broken teeth that needed removing before he got dentures. Jane Gray was his dentist and he is very happy the whole experience was much less painful than he expected and his dentures look great. He is still going through the healing process but he is very happy with his dentures and his care. Recently I had my teeth cleaned my Chelsea and she is absolutely the best hygienist and so sweet. Dr. Grimm did several fillings and a treatment plan. She thoroughly explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. She did a great job and I had no pain. My teeth look great and I will definitely be having any future dental work there. Recently I have had a root canal and several crowns done and I am getting an implant. Dr. Law’s and Riley are the absolute best nice,gentle and very considerate. And Alisha also top notch, I wish I had found them years ago.

I needed my denture replaced and they were great. Very caring and very nice. That stuff matters these days. I will definitely be returning and recommending them to my friends and family.

Honest to goodness: I’m so unbelievably happy with the treatment I received here. I would give a hundred stars if I could. I have EXTREME dental anxiety. Like, totally debilitating anxiety. I had to work up the courage to even walk in the door- but from the moment I walked in, the people at the reception were so nice and welcoming. My wait time was minimal; they had already checked everything with my insurance before I even walked in. Chelsea (I believe) was the RDH that worked with me and I CANNOT say enough good things about her. I told her upfront how anxious and scared I was- she was so wonderful and made sure to explain everything to me step by step. Truly a lifesaver! The dental work was done very well and every single person who worked with me was both professional and understanding of my situation. EVERYONE there made sure I felt comfortable. I had to get a filling (which was a very nerve racking thing for me) but I was helped through the process so thoughtfully and I really REALLY appreciate that. They showed me every tool that they would be using, showed me what it did, and explained what it would feel like. That was SO helpful for me to know what to expect. Oftentimes I know dealing with an anxiety attack can be difficult and require extra steps- but I would not have a second thought about returning here because they took it so seriously. No joke- this visit helped my fear that I’ve had for years of not going to the dentist. I already scheduled my next appointment! I would recommend this place for anyone and everyone- but ESPECIALLY if you struggle with anxiety about the dentist. I will only go here from now on. Thank you to everyone who worked on me!

Very pleased with this place thus far, got my dentures same day. They were very informative and kind. Have gotten me in very quickly for all of my appts. Very pleased with my new smile! I did not have my oral surgery here so I can not speak on that BUT denture experience was great.

The appointment went great this morning. Everyone was very pleasant as usual. Everything ran on time with no problems.

Everyone was super nice and super helpful answered all my questions and were fun and joking around definitely made this experience less stressful. They are fast with getting your things together and just all around great will definitely recommend them.

Everyone is so kind here. I just got my teeth whitened for a good price and great service!

Spectacular. Felt like I was on vacation the whole time I was here! 😆😆😆 I mean it’s the dentist, but it’s as good as it gets for what it is. They are fantastic and do an awesome job!

This is the second time I have had dentures made at Dental Center of Florence. I have been very pleased with the quality of their work. I would highly recommend them.
