I recently had my oil changed at Hawk Mazda and the batteries replaced in my two key fobs. Upon arriving home, I discovered one of the key fobs didn't work so, a few days later I went back to find out why. It turned out that the brand new battery they had put in was defective. A day or two later, the service manager called me and apologized for the inconvenience and said they would do my next oil change for free. I was very pleasantly surprised and grateful for their generosity to make things right.
