Bob was great. Fixed the starter, new plugs and fixed my power steering pump belt on 81 Camaro. Responsive, quick work and good prices. Highly recommend.

Bob is a great guy who does great work. He put up with all the B.S from my warranty company like a champ and got the work done when he said he would. It’s nice to have a neighborhood mechanic that identifies with and understands the needs of the people he works for. Top notch.

I have been to Automotive Excellence only a hand full of times so far, but each time it has been a great experience and excellent service along with very reasonable prices. Bob is very rare especially in today's time, he finds the parts and complete the work on my Saab with attention to detail and ease, as most mechanics struggle as this model car is no longer made in the states. As long as Bob is in business, he is my go to guy. I have already spreaded the word to have a few family members, friends, and neighbors to check him out.

Very fast last minute appt. Power steering pump and belt replaced. Bob and his wife Crissy are very pleasant and seem honest enough to trust with our vehicle repairs. I hope to refer others to him in the future. May need him for one of our other cars soon for heating repair. Now having issue with battery charging system and hopefully he can help with that as well. Note, he did check this out also and turns out bad alternator and we had the part so only paid for Bob's labor. Thanks for your service.

Bob has been taking care of us for a couple years now across 3 vehicles. Quick, TRUSTWORTHY, and honest. They even helped us understand legalities with the dealership with a used car purchase, which ultimately led to the dealership rebuilding the transmission for free. Grateful for them and wouldn't go anywhere else.

My Volkswagen Handicap van overheated and we didn’t know where to go. When I talled to Bob( what a great guy ), I explained to him how important this van is since my son has a brain injury and needs this van for his intensive therapy . Bob said bring it in he will see what he can do to get it up and running and it only took him two days . He had the van 2 days and had it fixed . He is our new human Angel Mechanic Thank you Bob you are the best

I've known Christina for more than 15 years; she and Robert are truly wonderful people. I was beyond ecstatic to learn that they opened their own shop; I've gone to a lot of places with other cars of mine and never really felt like I could trust a mechanic. That's changed now because was a no brainer where to take my 2018 Chevy Equinox for her first ever oil change! I truly trust Robert's master skills as a mechanic! And the shop is great- there's a dedicated play/ waiting room with toys and a coffee machine; and a nice, big, clean bathroom too! I plan on using Automotive Excellence for everything. I would recommend to everyone!

Bob and his wife were amazing....very friendly and welcoming! Work was completed and everything was explained to me before hand. I will definitely be going back for all my car care needs as well as referring my family members.

We have been coming here 3 years now and refuse to go anywhere else. Even our family members and friends use this shop and some even drive almost an hour to get to him, but he's worth the travel. Bobby is amazing at what he does and his family is like our family. We highly recommend him over anyone in the area hands down!!!!

Easy to get in touch with, prompt replies, quoted less than the other guys, accommodating drop off / pick up times.... what more could you ask for? Had my brakes done this summer and everything still in good shape.

I have never been to an auto shop better than this one. They're honest, reliable, friendly, knowledgeable, and very fair when it comes to the prices. I’ve taken my Dodge Charger, Volkswagen Passat, Jeep Grand Cherokee, and Chevy Suburban to this auto shop for multiple reasons I have not once been disappointed with the outcome. I had two mechanics take a look at my car before I brought it here. Bobby was able to figure out the problem and fix it in a timely fashion. Car is running great for the first time in months!!! I am so grateful to have found an honest mechanic who is good at their job.

To be professional it’s not enough, you have to love your work, this combination you can find there -Bob and Christina office. They both perfect team. My car 280 000 miles and still running perfectly and because of them :) They all time ready to help, it doesn’t matter it’s weekend or work day. I barely ever write reviews because finding places that are trusting and not rip u off are hard to come by. I have a 2008 tahoe hybrid that would not turn on i litterly bought it 3 weeks ago so i was panicked bob got it started and even did an inspection. He was super friendly and honest. I highly reccomend this shop to everyone :)
