Chris, Fairview store manager, was very friendly and helpful with helping me pick my sofa! Knowledgeable about the brands and quality and I felt as though I was receiving accurate information as well as great customer service. I had to switch my delivery date twice, and Chris helped me without hesitation. My couch was delivered yesterday within the allotted time frame with helpful, friendly delivery men and looked like it came fresh from the warehouse. Thanks so much!!

Shopping at Art Van was a great experience! They had a great selection of great quality styles and were very helpful in the store. We worked with Stephen & Chelsea who were awesome! Additionally, delivery went incredibly smoothly! They were careful considerate of our home, walked through each area and discussed furniture placement, ensured we were pleased before leaving, and were overall happy to help! I would definitely recommend Art Van!

I just got to say best experience!! Keegan and the sales managers Grady and Bret. were a great team. They help my wife and I get a great price on a mattress and a adjustable frame and pillows plus mattress cover. I'm going to tell you the truth on my mattress hunt. I went to multiple places looking for the right one. The one thing that made the deal was they told me right off the bat about the promotions they were having plus they were honest and wasn't pushing anything on me. Other places that I went were really not trying to help me find a good deal. On what I was looking for let alone giving much time due to me having my kids running around. I will be looking for a couch in the near future I hope the same great team is there when that comes. Thanks again to the great team for helping my wife and I.

They have so much to offer and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Justin Jenkins was our salesman. He did a great job helping my mom. She has a lot of back and neck issues and he really did all he could to find something she would be happy with and comfortable in. He took his time and was very patient with us. I will definitely return and recommend Art Van and Justin to all my friends and family.

Excellent customer service from in-store managers to delivery guys. I received heads up at least three (3) days in advance asking me to confirm delivery day and time. I also received automated call on deliver day one (1) hour prior letting me know that delivery guys will be arriving in approximately 45 min. When they delivery men came, one of them came to ask me specifically where I wanted my furniture placed before unloading. I have had my furniture for less than a month, so I will not make any comment regarding them for now. I will post another review maybe 6 months to a year from now regarding the quality of the furniture, as it is too soon for now. This review is solely to acknowledge the professionalism and excellent customer service those who helped me provided. This is my first time posting a review ever, and I am doing so today because I really feel that those who helped me deserved it. Thank you guys.

Mark provided us where to begin looking for our dining table and then allowed us to shop on our own, he did not hover but was available to answer any questions we had. He was very informative when we were trying to make our final decision. The purchase was smooth, and even though they were back ordered on the product we wanted, he gave us an estimated timeline and said he would keep in touch about the availability. I would recommend anyone to give this place a look when searching for their next furniture purchase.

Had a great experience here! John Schaller was the Sales Associate who helped us throughout our experience. He was so helpful and nice, without ever being pushy. He helped us pick out a mattress that was perfect for us and our price point and even got us a big discount on a couch we had our eye on. The store had a lot of freebies for purchasing a certain amount, and we walked away with some really nice, free pillows. I cannot say enough great things about John and his manager Steven Stewart! I would recommend Art Van to anyone looking to purchase furniture!

Was pleased with the sales staff. They did not pounce on me nor ignore me. Recieved a great deal on a new dining set. Delivery was scheduled and executed as promised. This was my first purchase with them and I'm pleased. The table appears to be good quality. Hoping product holds up over time.

This is the 2nd time we bought from this Art Van store. Both times worked with great customer focused salesman Mark Labarba. I found their prices are competitive and they honor veterans with a military discount. The store manager was also wonderful to work with and I'll definitely shop and buy here again.

Quick service, quality furniture and something for every style. I love that there is a path to walk through since we showed up with 3 kids and a double stroller in tow. They gave our kids water bottles and popcorn and didn't turn up their noses when our kids got loud or tried every single electric recliner. We had a great experience. They we flexible and helpful and actually want to make things work if you are on a budget. We had a great experience thanks to John.

Art Van is a great store and I had an amazing experience there. The employees and management was very helpful with my purchase from start to finish. If anyone goes in I would recommend speaking with Justin Jenkins he is amazing and he knows his stuff. He has A+ service!!!

It was pleasant, my sister and I walked in looking for mattresses and I came out with a beautiful bedroom suit. No pressure from the ppl on the floor, the person that sold me the bedroom suit was very informative and most of all I walk out feeling satisfied with the sale. I'll probably come back for the mattress, pillows and message chair because it's worth it and so am I. ☺👍

This is a new store to the Fairview Heights area but I'm from Michigan. This is my favorite furniture store. You will find great prices especially at the the outlet section. The customer service is top notch and the quality of the furniture is superb. Come on in and ask for Mamie Richardson. She was a gem!

Our experience from dealing with our sales rep, planning our delivery and receiving our furniture was excellent! The delivery process was much more efficient that the last time we purchased furniture from another store. Give these guys a look! They have great new merchandise and great service.

I found an amazing couch and loveseat herewith the help of a great salesmen named John. He didn't ignore my presence in the store because I was a girl shopping alone. He answered all my questions with respect. I had to run home and measure to verify my purchase would fit in the space. When I returned John was no longer there, and I spent 20min being ignored by the salesmen that were even when walking up and standing by them. I finally went and stood and stared at one salesman for a few minutes before he finally asked if I needed something. I bought it and left while being hit on by the salesman the entire time. These salesmen need training in equality! It is 2018 women shopping alone should not be ignored!!! The delivery was timely and I love the couch, but I am still disgusted by the treatment.

There are a lot of places to go and buy furniture in this area. My wife and I have looked around for a bit. When we heard about this place we went to visit. We met with Justin Jenkins and he was amazing. We have never shopped somewhere and received service like he gave us. He made us feel like we were at home. Anyone looking for great service, friendly staff, I recommend going here and asking for Justin.

Art Van is a great new store in our area. They have a great selection of furniture, and our salesperson, Maureen, couldn’t have been more helpful! We’re looking forward to receiving our new dining table and chairs, and will be back when we need something else!

Excellent customer services, sales associates are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. No pushy sales at all. I love my couch and look forward to sitting on it every chance I get. I would revisit this store again for sure. 😁

Jennifer Tanner is AWSOME!! She offers impeccable service. I was just browsing around for a Kitchen Table, walked out with a Dining Gathering Table Set and a Bedroom Set for my daughter (and she's not even going to be here.....she's off to College in the Fall)....... best unexpected 3K ever spent.
Although Jennifer Tanner is currently a New Hire, her professionalism and demeanor will have you believing she was a 30 year Vet...lol!!
