I live about a 7 minute walk from this location and every time I have come in I have had excellent customer service. The atmosphere is lively and exciting, and all the staff greet you with a smile. A few people I know who are regulars get greeted by name, and often they will go out of their way and more to make the service great.

Although the service is amazing the food is alright in some places. I could not tell you how it is cooked, as I have an issue with where my eyes wander when I'm bored but some of the food there makes me feel odd after eating it. One case in point is their Spicy Crispy Chicken: I don't know if the one I ate was cooked oddly but the amount of grease from the hot sauce, combined with being (I'd assume) deep-fried just makes my stomach churn.

I recently came in for an interview (although did not accept the job offers they had) and the manager was one of the friendliest and most open people I have met. I do not remember their name, but they are about 5'5" with brown hair (assuming they are a few inches taller than me). We had a lovely chat during the interview and even shared at-home details in minimal amounts. They explained to me they use they/them pronouns and I have never felt more welcomed in a fast food restaraunt. 2 of my brothers are Transgender and pronouns have been a struggle with some people here in Maine, but they had no issues with preferred pronouns and as a member of the LGBTQ community it felt like a very safe space to be.

Overall this is about a 5 star fast food experience. If you're looking for something juicy without the grease I recommend the Original Chicken, as it is light on the stomach and taste really good. Their chicken fries are also really good, but if you have indigestion issues or can't handle grease stay away from their Spicy Crispy Chicken.

Well Burger King is Burger King but I walked in to order order and they were fast and efficient and my order was correct.

One of my FAVORITE RESTAURANTS. They do a fantastic job with accuracy. The food has been fresh..not always true with fast food. But most importantly, this one store has THE BEST attitude!!!! The employees have been top-notch...great attitudes, super friendly and always smiling. They seriously go above and beyond. This is VERY consistent and been well over a year since I have noticed. I would be shocked if I went in and didn't receive 110% great. Customer..service!! Keep up the great work

The day manager is the best. If an order is wrong he is always willing to fix it and tell his employees so it won't happen again. Everyone is always so nice here. Best burger king in Lewiston/Auburn

The location usually goes too light on the BBQ sauce and onion rings when I order extra for both on the burger. I stopped going for a month or two because of it, today decided to get a couple rodeos. The manager today assured when handing to me, to enjoy my extra topping on my rodeos, with a smile and genuine tone. Thank you sir, for assuring my order was made how I requested it. Keep that up, regulars are what keeps your paychecks coming. I apologize that I didn't catch a name to go with the praise. 👍

Went here yesterday. Food was delicious and the restaurant was very nice. Person at the register was very accommodating. I asked for sweet and sour for my French fries and was given plenty. Great customer service. Recommend going to this location again.

Many thanks to, Kylie, the Manager, for handling a Window Order For Three gone wrong. Unfortunately, our "Two for" burgers were actually Cool to the touch in their wrappers and the last sandwich ordered was absent from the order - there was some problem with the microphone, outside in the drive through-But on returning the order inside.. she patiently listened to, what had gone. First off-she had 1 or 2 people at the sandwiches, "Go Outside". Then, she quickly remedied the entire order, herself. With a warm smile she returned the corrected order AND the forgotten sandwich (with fries) AND, Gave us Coupons for Future Combo Meals! The staff was all around her there and so I wanted to tell ALL Of Them... How, maybe they're NOT dealing with the public.. Like they were.. Before This Pandemic. But!! -That they REALLY ARE DEALING With the PUBLIC.. EVEN MORESO .. Because we're ALL, Coming to THEIR BACK DOOR for EVERYTHING, at That Drive-Thru Window!.. And that the LINE OF CARS gets Extremely Long certain times of the day and THEY KNOW people get Frustrated AND Run Out of Patience, and THAT puts Even MORE PRESSURE On them than is ALREADY ON ALL OF US, THROUGH THIS COVID-19 SITUATION.. So I just wanted to let them KNOW, that I Truly Appreciate Them and Their Serving the public in TIMES LIKE THESE.
AND I'd like to add here.. Folks, after all, How much FOOD would you have gotten FAST from your Mom's or your Grandmom's kitchen ... without a Thank You? Let's remember what Manners Are and Treat Everybody, EVERYBODY, with KINDNESS.

Pretty good location. Can't really complain except they sometimes take a little longer than usual, but I like to think it's because they're taking extra care of my order.

Very friendly service and they cooked crispy chicken sandwiches fresh for us. Asked if it would be ok to wait 6 minutes for fresh cooked! I was very pleased with the service at this Burger king at THIS location. However...I live near Rockland Maine. The food, no matter what it is, is always cold. It's pretty bad when you get a burger from the drive through and you have to put it on the dash over the heater to warm it up!!!! It's gross. No one goes to this particular Burger king for good reasons, the food sucks and the service is not the worst but not the greatest either! Lewiston Burger King...you rock!!! Rockland Burger King...not hot you don't rock!😛🤗😛🤗🤗😋😄

I love Burger King Main St Lewiston. Not only because it is next door to the dialysis clinic I go to 3 days a week. I also visit the BK on Lisbon street. Main street BK the food is always hot, the service is quick and friendly.

They are always So pleasant here. I go out of my way, with my little guys, to com here because of the enthusiasm in the restaurant. Keep up the great work!!

Friendly folks. Quick turn around time. Near an Irving and a Cumby's. Also a Roopers and a car wash. All useful places.
