Called and talked to Parker to make sure the item I wanted was there. It was and found it easily. Prices are awesome!

I shop at harbor freight so much my garage looks like a mini harbor freight store, complete with shelves and peg boards full of harbor freight tools. May as well hang up a sign out front at this point.

Awesome selection great prices and built my own press for less than 300$ and it the same one they sell for $800-900 all day thanks HB

Went in for a 40v chainsaw and they happened to have one on the referb table for a great price. Everything with it and joined the itc. I wish I could have gotten a warranty on the saw but I get it. The manager was pretty accommodating and friendly

Absolutely love this store. I've bought tons of tools and accessories here. Customer service is awesome, I've bought a couple of products that were faulty and they made exchanges incredibly easy. Staff are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. I will continue to shop here all the time.

I always buy my tools here. Excellent selection of good tools. If something break's they warranty it. But out of 100+ purchases I have only had to return/ exchange 2 or 3 things. Employees are nice. Awesome coupons contantly coming in the mail and email.

I'd live here. This place is my favorite. I can't afford Milwakee, and Rigid. My wife hates it and goes to Ikea. Ikea is 4 hrs away. Happy time.

So happy to finally have a store here locally. I have shopped with them on line for years. The store is always clean and well kept.
On the one occasion I had to bring back an item the return was really smooth.
For the one person complaining about them being closed on Easter Sunday that is State law because of the square footage of the store. Your coupon had probably expired.

I came in to return a pop up tent that had been ruined in a rainstorm. The cashier was in training and he called the supervisor named Ray to come help. Not only was Ray patient in helping the new guy, he also picked up on the fact I was within my 90 day grace period to receive a refund. Talk about putting the customer first! Give this man a raise! Thanks Ray!

Love this place to stock up on many small tools and great deals on household items. Lots of good coupons to. There's always allot of staff and usually very friendly.

It is what it is. The stuff that I dont mind not top quality is actually very good quality at a consistent rock bottom price. From cut off wheels to fluxcore welders to flags, the quality is there to get the job done at a price I can afford.

C'mon. You know you love it. Whole sections of the internet are devoted to HFT. Great place for sandpaper,grinder wheels, zip ties, and niche items you wont find anywhere else. Just know what you are buying and tailor your expectations accordingly. Bargains abound .

Great place very helpful you gotta love the prices some things dont last forever but the price u pay for them last much longer then you would think I'an the other stuff u buy that's little more well worth it better then other stores hope my area doesn't close I'll be lost
