Shaw's

I love the cleanliness and neatness. Very organized which I love! Employees are nice. Some things are pretty expensive but I like on the app I have coupons and actually saved a really good amount past 2 trips and also got some items FREE using my shaws account. I did notice onu last trip 8/12/23 there was actually mold on ceiling above the freezer section where pizzas are..it's sagging and worry about me and the health of the workers. I know we've had to s of rain and hope they get that fixed ASAP.I absolutely love the Flower section! Beautiful! I love looking at all of them. Had so e things I can't find at other stores and I like variety. Keep up the good work!

Shaws is a great place to shop. Quiet store with great people. The bathrooms could use a little better cleaning but the rest of the store looks great. Come on in today 😀

Huge store with great sales and friendly helpful staff!! Absolutely Love to shop there in person but frequently place drive up and go orders which I must say is a very convenient time saving way to shop when u are a full-time parent with a job and a full schedule

I love shopping and working there. As a shopper for almost 30 yrs. First in Lewiston for many years and then the Auburn store. Everyone is so helpful if they don't the answer to something they will fine someone that does. As a worker I see how we help the customer's. I'm proud to work shaws.

Clean store and very nice employees. The store carries all kinds of goodies and has a great produce section.

Grocery stores don't get much love but Shaw's is pretty good about keeping things convenient especially the deli with prepackaged meat and cheese. Staff is friendly too when you need help.

Briar from DUG is so nice and helpful. She made my bad day so much better because she was so kind. I appreciate you having her in your store. I continue to shop there because of her.

Things are getting back in stock. Associates are pleasant even though it has to be tough dealing with regulations but they've handled it well. I feel more comfortable here in comparison to a larger retailer because it is much more accessible on a daily basis. Thanks to all for what you do.

Clean store , always fully stocked. Great selection and great staff. Prices are on the higher side.

This is a great grocery store. Always have great deals going, they always have traditional coupons, and they even hold events like the Disney mini pop head things.
There store brand is actually very good, and the employees are top notch, they keep the store tip top all the time, it's a 'diamond in the ruff' so to speak!

Shaw's had all your groceries, and more. The staff are very friendly, responsible and the place is well organized and clean. You can create an account on their website and get rewards and excellent deals. Both Lewiston and Auburn's locations are awesome. I specifically loves to get my vegetable and fruit from their stores, because it has better quality than any other grocery stores. I highly recommend Shaw's!

They were awesome. The selection was great and prices were decent. I have a 3 & 2 yr old they opened a line right away to get my toddlers out, and the guy who helped me out to the car wasn't creepy. They even gave me cards for the kids to get some free fruit next time. That was a plus. I'm from Colorado and this was a great experience.

I like the floral department of this store. Prices are reasonable, employee was very helpful. I was wishing that they would have fruit baskets. Those are good to have as a choice along with flowers and other items. Maybe someday they will ...

Spacious clean and well organized as always. Haven't had a chance to try it yet but love that there's a Starbucks in the store.

Jane at the Auburn Shaws was the best example of great customer service. Sunday was an extremely busy day. They were understaffed and people were rather rude to her. She treated everyone with respect and patience and was very professional . Kudos to Jane. Shaws you have a great employee!!!

A very good selection of food and constant savings.
I do not shop here too often so I tend to get a little lost when searching for a specific item,
I couldn't find the vegetarian "burger" patty's .

What I did find however,
was the section of soups from Panera!
Seeing these on the rack kept me pacing around for a while trying to pick from the tomato or broccoli and cheese.

Prices can get pretty steep but if you know how to shop smart you will be fine.

There is such a great amount of items from their bread selection, alchohol beverages, fresh fruits and vegetables, cheese and salads.
Staff has always seemed very pleasant to me and I have not had to fight through crowds to get to a register.
All in all my experience at, Shaw's is always a good one.

Excellent selection of meat, produce, beer, other essential items. Plenty of parking, plenty of Lanes open. Found everything I was looking for plus more. Good place for extensive shopping or quick in-and-or visits. Bakery items were fresh. Decent selection of seafood, better than anything else I've seen this far from the coast.

I visited your store because you always seem to have a great assortment of flowers. I approached Deb in the floral department and asked for her assistance in making an arrangement for my wife for our anniversary today. Deb went above and beyond to help me find an amazing assortment of flowers and she personally arranged them in a vase for me. She was friendly, personable and a genuinely nice person.
Thank you Deb for being willing to help a non flower person like myself and doing it with such passion and care!

Good clean store. Prices are not bad. Lots of fresh items. People who work there are friendly & know their store! It's nice when you ask for an item that's not mainstream and they know right where it is. Help out with groceries! A rarity these days! This is my store and I don't go anywhere else! Thanks for being there!
