Please send someone here, I mean I couldn’t tell you the last time I haven’t had a messed up order from this place and now I’m standing here waiting to place an order for ten minutes, granted the manager here gave me the meal for free!! But damn they need people and help urgently, I hate seeing people who work hard struggle… it’s crazy

Food was hot and fresh, customer service was second to none, always a great experience here.

We stopped at the Lewiston, Maine McDonald's. I believe it was on a canal Street, and the young lady that waited on us. Asked if we were both in EMS, we said yes and she would not let us pay for a meals, what a very thoughtful young lady, and we appreciate it very much

Love the atmosphere, such friendly staff. Place was very clean. Food came out quick and fresh. This has to be my favorite mcdonalds not just because it's the only 24 hour location but because of the service.

Well it's very nice to have fries that are hot. This mcdonalds has the hottest fries. Thank you!

Just had the perfect drive-thru experience here. Staff at both windows were kind and courteous, food arrived before I could even put my money away AND it was all correct and fresh. Well done y'all

This place was amazing placeto be, because we were meeting totally a new people who don't have any experience of the cultural food that the food truck was serving. The participants, were very friendly making ingagemant to each other sharing stories having fun telling culture food they grow up with.

I love the mobile apt. My food is always hot and ready. I often have at least one item that has to be cooked to order. I have notice since using the mobile apt my orders have been correct and food has been nice and hot 100% of the time. Thank you!

The girl working at the window at 10:00 pm was the sweetest Lady ever! She had Red/ Orange hair in a long braid.She was so helpful ringing us out!

Good and timely service, highly recommend if in the area and need a quick drive thru meal.

Foods always good but long lines

Staff are courteous & friendly..willing to please you with special requests. Restaurant, outside grounds and bathrooms are always clean. I go there every day for my large diet soda & cup of ice along with anything else someone wants :) the boyfriend an apple pie, my daughter a chocolate milk.

Long drive-thru line, but moved quickly. At both windows the reps were pleasant and "with it." Which is infrequent at this McDonald's. Tasty, hot fish sammich and burger.

It's all enjoyable of course in the app.
Best deals & good hot delicious meals.

I haven't had any problems with this place and the food was hot every time when I went double check your sauces and extras you asked for that's a given even if I waited in line in the drive thru the food was more than worth the wait
