Hailey made our wedding cake and it was absolutely amazing! All three flavors tasted incredible and the design was phenomenal. We talked to a few other bakeries when we were planning and Hailey was by far the quickest to get us a quote and answer all our questions, but what I liked most about XO bakery was that we could have any frosting flavors and still have an all white cake. Hailey was able to accommodate our GF guests with GF cupcakes.

AMAZING experience working with Hailey on a cutting cake for our wedding. She is wildly talented, and it was truly the best gluten free cake we have ever tasted! We are now trying to come up with excuses to celebrate to order more baked goods!

We were lucky enough to have XO bakery make our wedding cake and desserts. Hailey was an absolute joy to work with from the beginning - always very friendly, helpful, and super accommodating. She listened to exactly what we wanted and worked with us to bring our dessert table to life. Her creations are absolutely stunning and equally delicious! She was able to match the rustic vibe of our wedding and the freshness of her ingredients really shined through. Not only are the cakes so well done, but they’re sooooo good too! We’ve now ordered our fourth cake from Xo Bakery for my sons upcoming birthday - and I’m so excited for him to see it! Oh, and the cherry on top - she has always offered to deliver! Truly a great experience for us all around!

Hailey and XO Bakery is absolutely wonderful! We booked Hailey for our wedding and she made the most delicious and beautiful whoopie pies we have ever had! Our guests raved about them and we weren't surprised to see there were none left at the end of the night! Hailey is the most professional, creative and communicative person and we absolutely loved working with her. We also ended up using her for my bridal shower cookies and people still talk about them! She also made the cutest and most delicious groom's cake as a surprise for my fiance and it was so awesome!

Hailey was a dream vendor to work with for our wedding! Our wedding cake and cupcakes were absolutely to die for, and they were just as tasty as they were gorgeous. Do yourself a favor and try the maple cake and maple buttercream 🍁 Hailey also went above and beyond just delivery because she designed and set out the entire dessert table. I was of course busy getting ready when this was all happening, so when I finally saw the dessert table I was blown away! Everything was so perfect and I cannot recommend Hailey enough for your upcoming celebrations!

I have seen Hailey bake her cakes and have seen her process of decorating and I’m absolutely amazed by the time, effort, and hard work she puts in. I don't think our wedding guests will ever stop talking about the desserts... They were not only absolutely delicious, but a work of art, almost too beautiful to eat! She did a cake and cookies for my friends gender reveal and they turned out amazing! The designs were stunning and the taste was great! Very easy to talk to about designs and what I needed and I let her take it into her own hands and she did better than I would have ever imagined!

Xo has made several of our daughters’ birthday cakes- including an amazing Viking Ship cake for our oldest’s 1st. Not only are her cakes delish and gorgeous, but she is able to make them dairy free without anyone knowing. We’ve used them for years and plan to continue.
