Clearbrook Golf Club's The Grill Room Restaurant

Our car club has enjoyed this restaurant for many years. Even though we are a large group, the limited winter wait staff handles the situation well. The employees are always hospitable and treat us like family. My trotter steak was delicious and cooked to perfection. Vegetables and appetizers were good too. In the off-season, this venue offers a lot of charm and gezellig (coziness).

Had a great time with Family and friends. The food is great and our service was amazing. Open all winter and has a great menu. The duck and Walleye are very good.

Let me tell you, if you are in the area and have time to grab a meal at this wonderful place do so. Food, ambiance and staff are stellar.

As winter light faded across the impeccable outdoor view from our window-side table, my bride of 33 years and I were warmed, surrounded with polished wood, perfect mood lighting, and cocktails crafted by a genuine, skilled bartender. The staff handled the full house calmly and efficiently. From the crisp, fresh salad, pumpernickel bread, perfectly timed entrees, to the chocolate "lava" desert, we were spoiled beyond our expectations. Clearbrook provides the perfect setting, you provide the loving gaze across the table. Don't wait to enjoy this establishment.

I can't recall our server's name, but he was a delight. His assistant Patrick was equally wonderful. Food was fabulous! Drinks were spot on. For dessert, we had the Creme Brule, which was good, but it was an amazingly small amount.

It is such a pleasure to be able to make it to Clearbrook once a month. It has such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The friendliest team of people work there. The drinks and food are always perfect. And I'm always sure to run into a couple of friends.

Worth every moment we were there. Waiter was so helpful. Food was excellent. Because of back problems I couldn't golf if I was able to well that is the only way it could have been better. Hope to visit again.

Our favorite restaurant in Saugatuck. Service is consistently excellent. Menu is diverse, drinks are strong, and food is delicious.

Outstanding service, Delicious menu items and Excellent atmosphere! Prices are higher than a regular restaurant, but this is no regular restaurant by any means. Went here for Mother's Day (reservations required) and the mother that was with me totally enjoyed it - it was well worth it! We've been here a few times in the past and everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed The Grill Room at Clearbrook each time!

It was our first time at Clearbrook for dinner and they earned 5 stars in every category! It was a very pleasant surprise!

11/07/2023 update... Another wonderful meal of amazingly delicious meatloaf of beef, pork and grains, and beef bourguignon over egg noodles. Attentive and friendly servers in such a welcoming and comfortable environment. Looking forward to more off season meals here.

Even with the Covid-19 pandemic, this place is a great place to dine. Safe distancing and proper protocol inside and out. Great food and cocktails as always. Tonite was lasagna and pork schnitzel. Cannot wait for the next trip here!

The hostess, Sharon, was wonderful! Our waitress was efficient and friendly. The food was amazing! We sat outside on the newly expanded patio looking out over the gorgeous planted beds & golf course and it was a beautiful evening. We are so glad we went and will make this our first choice in the future. There were 3 of us. We each ate every drop of our meals; one pasta with shrimp, one sea bass, and one Trotter steak. They were all excellent choices. I highly recommend this restaurant because it was outstanding on all counts.

I came here last Tuesday to dine with my boss. The food was excellent and our server Caleb was outstanding. He was very charismatic and just a delight to be around and very snappy with bringing out our course on time. We asked many questions due to allergies and he and the cooks catered to our needs perfectly. I also had the pleasure of talking to a bartender named Jess she was also wonderful

It was my first time dining here, on the recommendation of my cousin. I enjoyed my dinner immensely! We had a bottle of the house Italian white wine, which was very good and reasonably priced. The salad was fresh, and my bouillabaise was divine. Our server, Caleb, was friendly and very attentive. Excellent experience, and for sure I'll go back!

The menu is a little daunting however the variety and quality of all the food is great.
The cedar plank white fish is a unique dish and very good.
The staff was very accommodating, very personable and friendly in nearly every way possible.
The restaurant was slammed and the entire staff was handling their busiest moments in stride with a positive attitude.

Love the salad bowl that comes with the entrees and bread. Great food for price and drinks. Always packed, need reservations.

The Walleye was excellent!
I highly recommend the liver pate appetizer, too.
