Just Smokin' Barbecue

It was our first time at just smoking and I don’t have anything negative to say. The menu is fantastic, the employees are fantastic and the facility is fantastic!

If you’re looking for some awesome barbecue, don’t pass this place up.

I have been at just smoking a few times before
It’s been good
Was there last Saturday to pick up my order.
I ordered 1/2 lb brisket 1lb pulled pork.
Got home it seemed a little light.
So I weighed it
It should have been 24 oz
It was only 15.6 oz
I got ripped off
It cost me 36.50
I tried to call and let them know but no one answered the phone
I hope next time I go they will make it right

I stopped back in today and Justin gave me 1lb of pulled pork @ 1/2lb of brisket and some beans too. It was excellent. I will definitely be back.

Brisket was tender and fantastic! Pricing is reasonable, all the meats were good. Had two meat brisket and pulled chicken. Variety of barbecue sauce was excellent as well. My wife has come here a few times, this was my first. Outstanding!

Best BBQ in SE Wisconsin and I'm open to anyone challenging that. This place is so good. The meat is incredibly tender and melts in your mouth, amazing smoke flavor. I recommend getting the pork belly for sure.

If you have not been here yet, get here it is a must. Looks like they had Reverse flow offset BBQ. The best BBQ you will get anywhere near Waukesha county. The meats are prepared beautifully. The brisket, pork belly and ribs(we had them dry)were juicy and seasoned well. I am not a BBQ sauce lover but my favorite was the gold! Yummy!! And if you don’t like Smokey foods it sounds like they have a ton of other things to choose from!

Legit the best barbecue in the area. Great staff, everything about the meats, sauces and sides are spot on, and the combinations of dishes they come up with are always worth trying. Also, great prices and awesome atmosphere. Cant go wrong with this place!

We live down the road and eat here quite often. The brisket is absolutely amazing. In fact, everything on the menu is amazing. Never had a bad meal.

As a BBQ food connoisseur, this place takes the cake. They offer more of a selection than your average BBQ joint. And I haven't been disappointed with any choice yet. The sloppy pig is my personal favorite. The hardest decision is not ordering bbq in place of a fish fry on Fridays (but it's totally worth it!) Some things to know: this is a BBQ joint. Some food can and will be spicy. But most of that is with sauce. Alabama white is my favorite I think. And it's not even that spicy. And 2nd, we typically order through door dash, and even with a 10 minute delivery ride, we have never gotten cold food. Mozz sticks (GET THEM!) are always still molten cheese upon arrival. Third, they are either experiencing growing pains, or like every other company in the whole world, are short staffed. They get busy during peak times. I've had one experience of not getting a meal delivered, and not being able to even get ahold of them on the phone to fix it. And then getting separate make up orders canceled after. Door dash at least refunds missing items. I can't really fault them, mistakes happen. They get busy. And last thing: smoked mac n cheese used to be a thing they offered apparently. I have been on the hunt for some for a long time. There is a reason they don't anymore I'm told, and I hope that person is banned from the restaurant!!!

Absolutely Fantastic!! This was recommended by a friend of mine that loves BBQ smoked meats. I had the ribs and pork belly. They sides were also excellent and the stuffed pepper and brisket soup was great. I'm going back this week!!

10/10 for a first experience. Waitress was super kind as well. We ate so fast couldn’t snap a picture of our food but highly recommend a sampler platter if you’re not sure what to get. Surprisingly the turkey was one of our favorites! Brisket, spot on! Perfect portion to share and got the baked beans and dill pickle potato salad on the side. Very pleasant experience!

Best BBQ in the area. Hands down better than Smoked @ 225. They are so forgettable I forgot their name. Smoke rings throughout, plenty of options. The brisket, corned beef and ribs were great, but the ribs were the best. Smoky, fall off the bone tender and they don't skimp on the rub like 220 something does. Have I mentioned they're better than 220 something?

I've been all over the US for BBQ specifically. Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri. Been to Joes, Jack Stack & Arthur Bryant in Missouri. Franklins, La Barbecue, Salt Lick and Valentina's in Austin and Burn Co in Tulsa Oklahoma.

These guys are very good without a doubt.

Stopped in recently while on a bike ride to have a brisket sandwich. I was given a choice of chopped or sliced, and fat or lean meat.(The response to the obvious question was,"Yes, some people do order "fat"). The piece of cornbread and the mashed sweet potatoes were a nice surprise.

We just moved to Menomonee Falls and we stumbled on this place that is just 5 minutes away from our house. WOW. It’s really hard to find really good BBQ up here in Wisconsin and it is some of the best I have tasted. We got wings, bourbon sweet potatoes, cheesy potatoes, and mac n cheese. Everything was amazing. We will definitely be back here again to try more!

I’ve eaten here a few times now, every time it is excellent. I would recommend going to the store to order. The specials are creative and good!

I consider myself a Rueben expert and they had the best I have ever had. My son had the El Diablo burrito and they dont joke around with heat which I love and hard to find in Wisconsin. The owner saw my son struggling with the heat and offered free cornbread to help. Will frequent whenever I get a chance highly recommended.

Best barbecue in town!!! Everything on the menu is amazing! The staff are the nicest people and are very welcoming to everyone. Can’t go wrong with just smokin barbecue.

Food was extremely good 10/10! Cornbread was the best I’ve ever tased. I ordered a 3 meat plate with sausage, pork belly, & corn beef. The pork belly was so buttery it melted in ur mouth & corn beef was good with classic bbq sauce they sell. Highly recommend definitely will be going back.

Go here now if you're reading this. Go here, EVERY DAY! Except when they're closed. Don't think about eating anything else. What are you gonna do? Go to McDonald's and fill yourself with their dirty food? Too lazy or busy to drive? GET DELIVERY! If you think about leaving a bad review, I wouldn't. Just saying.

I've had the luxury of partaking in authentic Austin TX BBQ (Terry Black, Salt Lick, Rudy's, Interstellar). Also had a stop in Kansas City, and ate at LC's BBQ, and Slaps.

Justin, the owner, makes BBQ -BETTER- than the originals.

The Smoked Reuben is my go to (no thousand Island please). Best one you'll ever have.

Smoked wings are unbeatable.

Today's special was "smoked then fried" chicken. Out of this world.

Order your brisket "fatty", and try the cheesy bacon potato side.

Amazing BBQ and the people are great! Had the pimento cheeseburger and it was one of the best things I've ever ate.
