I went in for tire chains for my JD garden tractor on 11/16. My size was not in stock but the woman in that department very quickly got me my size ordered, direct shipped to my house, for $80. Lowe's ordered me the wrong size for $147 and I had to pick them up. I can't say enough about how friendy and helpful everyone is at the Ft. Gratiot TSC.

Just like all the other tractor supply companies around. Nothing out of the ordinary. Things are easy to find. Staff is helpful, not necessarily knowledgeable, but that's ok.
Edit: Had to share a recent experience. Went in with a friend whose son was asking for a toy as we were checking out. The cashier gal asked the young man to show her which toy he was talking about. He ran over excitedly, picked up the toy and brought it back. The gal at the register asked if she could hold it, so he gave it to her. She then proceeded to scan it in the register, pulled out her own card and paid for the toy and gave it back to him. It wasn't a store card or employee discount either. He was so so happy. I, on the other hand, was shocked! You don't see things like that much anymore. It was one of the more kind and selfless gestures I've seen in a while. For that, I give 5 stars!

Normally I have good service, unfortunately last night after the request was made to have my propane tank filled, no one showed up after 15 minutes. This was even after the second request was made. I ended up leaving and went some place else for service. I'm giving 2 stars because the cashier was pleasant! Fort Gratiot location needs to improve. 9/15/20 update: Went back to the same store to give them another chance to win back my business. Asked to have propane take filled, service in 2 minutes...that kind of service will keep me coming back. Great job!

The Manager AJ is the absolute best! He was patient and helped me with excellent customer care. I bought 2 Retriever Lodge dog kennels. Thank you AJ for all your help. I will definitely be back to your Port Huron store!

I got my dog her RABIES VACCINE here. They have a Mobile Vet Until on Weekends. I went early and told them she would need a muzzle. I came back with her, paid for the shots, was in and out (and she didn't even wimper!!!)
PLUS they gave me a coupon for a bag of Dog Food.
It was a fabulous experience for both my beloved dog and me. I highly recommend it, especially if you have an older dog and you don't want a puppy starter, check up.
She got the 3 year vaccine so I don't have to drag her to the Vet every year.

Great, had what I needed with friendly staff. Some stuff is very over priced, so just don't buy it there.

Can't go wrong at TSC! The prices are good and the store is always well stocked. We buy our animal feed and supplies here. They have a good selection of clothes, seasonal items, welding supplies and nice affordable gun safes.

I am not in Michigan a lot anymore but I ended up stopping in the Tractor Supply a couple of times the last few times I was there. The associates always seem friendly. The layout is always clean and consistent. No complaints.

Our 88# rescue dog broke 3 - 200# tie up cables from another store. They sent me to Tractor Supply. The young lady thought it through so that I could take the parts from the other cable and hook them on to a chain that would hold up to a 564# animal. It worked!!! Now the dog is safe and no more breaking cables!

Bobby Yale , has been a blessing during these unusual days. Tractor Supply Co. Has fed all of my animals for 20 years. With both myself and my husband having health issue we were unsure how we could provide for them. Bobby made sure we received all of our needs with out even going in the store. The only place I shop for my dog food and treats. Love their selection of outdoor decos for your yard. Prices are always so reasonable. I have been shopping at TSC for many years and will continue to do so.

They have a pet clinic in there where you can get shots, microchpping and nails trimmed for cats and dogs for very cheap. It is a walk in clinic. The line was really long on the day we went but it was so worth the wait.

There products maybe just a little more money. But the quality usually higher for farm type or home and garden products! Always my go to!

When it comes to customer service product knowledge just plain friendliness Carlya is above excellent and I tell you what Carly she is a extremely hard worker and she goes out of her way to help she the only reason I go back to this tractor supply co,

I absolutely love The tractor supply store. They have some of the best quality and alternate options for projects. This is what all stores should be like.

Mandy is always there to help with a smile. Very kind and courteous group of people working at the store.

Great place to shop, easy in and out, staff always asks to help, and Saturday they offer a Pet Vet clinic in the mornings, that includes shots, vaccines, and nail trimming.

From a large slection of bird feeders we were able to slect a large Fench feeder and another for the woodpeckers. There was also a good sale on a 50 LB bag of mixed feed. Finding a can of cat food and a large salt block for the horse, on the way to check out, we were in and out quickly.

It was great I went in there less than 5 minutes I had a brand new riding more up on my trailer 12 months same as cash it was perfect
