I stopped in for my birthday dessert & the key lime is new according to the person who helped me. Let me say, it was amazing! The cream cheese filling was the perfect amount of key lime tang. Cakes a bloomin' never disappoints.

Had a great experience and was a little last minute. Wanted a Call of Duty cake for my turning 13 years old nephew. The cake looked great and most of all tasted wonderful. Thank you so much!

This place is amazing!! They seriously go above and beyond for their customers! We've ordered our wedding cake, baby show cake and 1 year old smash cakes from them. They do a great job with paying attention to the details! I explain to them my vision and everytime they out do themselves. Also the cakes always taste delicious! I cant ever say thank you enough. I will use them for all my cake orders! ❤

This cake was perfect from the taste to the design. My son loved it! They exceeded our expectations. I have been coming here for years for birthday cakes and will continue to do so for many years to come. The top tier was marble and the bottom was strawberry. The frosting was perfect and not too sweet. Thank you soooo much!!

Cakes-A-Bloomin’ made a stunning cake for my mother’s wedding! It was delicious and I am so appreciative that they were able to craft it with less than a month’s notice. Everything was arranged over the phone which was very convenient. I couldn’t believe the quality, flavor, and beauty of a cake that only cost $180! They did a wonderful job.

So impressed with the teams quick response and going above and beyond for us. In fact, they stayed open after hours for us to grab our order during a snow storm! The cake was delicious and something our guests raved about quite a few times. Cookies turned out perfect for our automobile themed birthday. Thank you for making this a stress free step in planning my sons birthday!

Cakes A Bloomin is the bakery my husband and I chose to create our wedding cake & we are so happy we did! We got a three tiered cake with strawberry and red velvet and 4 dozen vanilla & chocolate cupcakes. Everything was so delicious and moist! Also reasonably priced! I will be a returning customer! Also the cake and cupcakes were for 150 people and we had plenty, even with saving the top tier for our anniversary.

I dropped them a question online about cupcakes and Lisa promptly responded the next business day. When I spoke to her on the phone, I told her that, regrettably, the order had changed and, rather than cupcakes, I needed to make a few calls to see about getting a Black Forest gâteau. She laughed and said they do that too.

... Boy howdy, do they ever.

The cake was perfect. The frosting was light. They had the perfect amount of cherry syrup in-between layers. Rich, delectable, and absolutely delicious. Calling this "on point" would be an understatement.

We will definitely be back.

I have never been here before, but I came here to pick up some cupcakes for my daughter's birthday today. These cupcakes are so tender and moist. Usually I hate icing because it's too sweet and these were perfectly fluffy and flavorful, rather than just being sticky sweet. I will definitely be back, amazing!

I stopped in for a few treats and let’s just say the snickerdoodle cookie was very good and I also purchased peanut butter cookies and an assortment of cupcakes and the red velvet was moist and delicious . Will return

This place is my go to for the best cookies around. I only do chocolate chip and once in a blue moon I’ll do a few sugar. I’ve also tried cupcakes and small one person cake, it was all delicious.

We found this cake on Pinterest (pic on the right) to have made for our mom's 70th Birthday recently. We took the picture to Cakes-A-Bloomin and as you can see they recreated it perfectly (pic on the left). The cake was not only beautifully done but, it was absolutely delicious. We requested marble for the top layer, white cake, with butter cream frosting. Mom loved it, everyone love it! Thank you so very much for you service, creativity and awesome baking skills! I would recommend to anyone looking to have a custom made cake to visit Cakes-A-Bloomin, glad that we did!

I’m sorry I don’t have pictures to share of the absolutely delicious cookies and cupcakes we bought for my son’s rehearsal dinner. They were so good! I got an assortment of 2 dozen cookies and ended up cutting them in half because they are so large and that way people could try 2 (or 3) different kinds. They were all delicious but my favorite was the molasses cookies. Now the cupcakes were the best I’ve ever had. Perfect flavoring….the frosting was not too sweet and oh so creamy! I got an assortment of those also. All our guests loved them. The lovely staff at Cakes-A-Blooming made the place even more special. I WILL be returning again. Thank you for helping make our weekend wonderful!!

By far the best frosting in the Lansing area!

Our wedding cake turned out exactly like the inspiration pictures we showed them and our guests absolutely loved the cake itself! They were going back to the dessert table all night. The team was wonderful to work with throughout the "postponing due to a pandemic" process and were great at communicating delivery times. It was such a relief to walk into our venue and see exactly the cake I pictured.

We recently used Cakes-A-Bloomin for our daughters wedding. Not only was the cake and cupcakes delicious, the staff was an absolute pleasure to work with. They also made a unique grooms cake for rehearsal that was exactly what we had pictured. Their customer service is as great!
