Nice & Naughty

Recently was helped by an employee by the name of Jayda, she truly went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and accepted. I am very grateful to have found a store with such educated employees that make customers feel at home and not judged. She was very inclusive to my gender and respectful by asking about my gender identity before helping me.

Natalie has been the one to help me the last few times I've been in and she's very knowledgeable. She makes me feel very comfortable to ask anything. I've been in other intimate stores and no one offers help so it makes me feel awkward.

NAT IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! So patient and understanding - they truly make you feel like you have their undivided attention - the selection is great - you’re getting exactly what you need, when you are helped out by Nat!!!

I went in the store unsure of some things and feeling pretty awkward, the staff, I'm pretty sure her name was jayda helped me and made me feel less nervous. She help me buy what I needed and suggested new things!!

Jayda helped me out BIGTIME. She welcomed me upon entering the location and offered her help IF I needed it. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything but I left happy with my purchases. Will return. Thanks again Jayda, you made my day.

Absolutely amazing customer service! Sarah helped me find everything I needed and more, set me up with some awesome deals, and we had a great conversation! I love the queer friendly atmosphere and the the fact I could find things at a better price than I could online! I absolutely will be back and I would give a higher rating if I could!

We found exactly what we were looking for. The employee there by the name of Kaleigh was super nice & was also really helpful! We will definitely be coming here a lot!
