I needed a new machine. I’m fairly new to quilting and had a ton of questions. Lynne was wonderful! She answered every question and added information she thought would help me. I’ve been looking for a while and always get frustrated when the sales person talks to you like you’re stupid. Not once did she make me feel that way. We live 3 1/2 hours away but there was no way I wasn’t buying from her. Thank you so much for all your help!

I recently bought a Bernina longarm here. Their customer service is top notch, and so is the rest of the shop! They have oodles of fabric, thread, notions, and more! I love this shop!

My go to store. Knowledgeable friendly help. Just bought my first longarm machine there. It was an excellent experience, all my questions answered, including some I didn't think to ask. I highly recommend them for all your sewing needs. And best thread selection in all of SE Wisconsin!

Took my mothers machine from the 80s in for a tune up because it hasn’t been used in a long while and was making strange noises. They did an amazing job and it works like brand new.

Just finished a beginning sewing class with Lynne. It was Sew Much Fun. Lynne is a great teacher, she's casual when she needs to be and direct when it needs to be precise. I learned a lot and had a great time. Can't wait until the next class. The store is beautiful - lots to look at and styled nicely - I love the way the fabrics are organized. I also had my machine serviced there and it was very fairly priced for a tune-up.

Always have had a wonderful experience here. Wendy and Brad are hard-working, honest people. The store is clean, well arranged, staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always happy to help in any way.

Franks Sewing Center has been my #1 place to go for my sewing needs and supplies for more than 30 years. I love the knowledge and support and excellent quality I get there. They love their customers and always go above and beyond to make shopping there a great experience. Prices are very competitive and they back what they sell. Brad has been servicing machines..... forever?! So his knowledge is priceless. I am very excited about the latest expansion. If you haven't been there, go and see for yourself. One of the nicest group of people to work with. Very friendly service and helpful when you purchase a machine. Brad does a great job on servicing the machines and has helped me out on more that one jam I've gotten myself into! Kathy has become a friend I can count on when I have any questions regarding embroidery. They have a huge display of thread and notions. I have loved Franks Sewing Center for years. It is a complete store with so many great machines and everything needed for sewing enthusiasts. I have had my machines repaired by Brad and he is amazingly talented in finding the problem and fixing them perfectly. I have attended classes and the teachers were so helpful and the sewing projects were fun and finished by the end of class. I loved them and learned a lot.

I love this shop! Beautiful fabrics, a huge supply of different thread, classes, and notions. I have had my Bernina’s successfully serviced there and recently bought my Q20 there also. They have a terrific support staff that are friendly and knowledgeable.

Sew Much More shop is the best. Brad can fix machines and has incredible knowledge about them. I have done business with him since 1993..He has a wonderful staff and all are very helpful.. I have sent many friends to the store and all are very satisfied and happy with the variety of items in the store. Keep up the great work Brad and crew.

I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed the Twas The Night Before Christmas Mouse class. Our instructor Carol, did a fantastic job, giving every one of us time and attention throughout the 4 hour class. Thank you sew much for offering so many classes. Can’t wait to take more!!!

Their service is unsurpassed. I love the variety of fabrics and all the notions. The staff is friendly and can help you locate anything you need. Also, their classes are so good. If there is a problem with anything you purchased, they have no problem making it right. There is always something new going on. I just love the store and the staff.

My first experience with Franks was to purchase a new serger. Brad was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain features and pricing. Since then I have taken a variety of classes, always lots of fun with lots of helpful tips. Looking forward to purchasing an embroidery machine and participating in more classes. Great prices and friendly staff!

Forward 2 years...As planned, I purchased an amazing Babylock embroidery machine and still can't say enough about the wonderful service and friendly, helpful staff at Sew Much More. Since my last review, this store has grown not only in size, but in class offerings, the introduction of the Bernina line, an even bigger selection of threads, and a great selection of fabrics. I'm now looking forward to upgrading my embroidery machine and continuing to attend classes in the beautiful expanded space.

Frank's Sewing Center is honest, helpful, experienced and carries quality products. Go to Frank's for all your sewing machine needs. Last year I purchased a Baby Lock Soprano and have been quilting up a storm, love it. Here's why I recommend Frank's; last year I took my Elna to a sewing machine repair shop that was NOT Frank's. I had some experience with the person and it was a cleaning/tune up, what the heck. He actually broke my machine in two different places, told me it happened because my machine was old and parts were available maybe at $$$. Now it was working fine when I brought it in and it took this guy two months to not tune up my machine and now he was going to charge me or sell me another used machine! Not going to happen.

I rescued my machine, brought it to Frank's with tears in my eyes. He had some spare parts on hand, fixed it in less than a week and charged me very little. That is why you should go to Frank's.

I am thrilled to have moved closer to the store location as this business has so many educational and just plain fun events. Now if I could only retire in order to spend more time taking advantage of it all! The staff is helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and offers excellent service on all their products. I have purchased three sewing machines here and am more than pleased with every one. Stop in...you won’t be disappointed.
