Dreaded post Christmas return but was extremely pleased with how quickly and efficiently the employee was handling the desk and he was on his own. He was polite, did not rush anyone, and moved people through very quickly. Would use this location again

I had issues with my package not arriving at the date I was promised, next day shipping, and Colleen and Michael worked with me to get my package back. They were kind and compassionate and did what they said they would do. Thank you Colleen and Michael, you both are exceptional and I won’t forget your kindness.

Staff was friendly, upbeat and incredibly helpful. Julia went the extra mile to make sure everything I came in for was addressed and completed. I’m grateful for a wonderful experience during a business errand for multiple tasks!

The store is easy to get to and staff is great. Michael has been there for a long time and he is professional and courteous.

Best UPS Store Service Ever
Getting a notary in Michigan when you're here from out of state isn't easy. We are having to manage a death in the family and need this service at nearly every turn.
We were in just after the store opened. Honestly, we didn't know what to expect.
Michael was already working with customers, but had no problem helping us at the same time. Multitasking and not skipping a beat is the name of his game. It's not exaggerating to say he helped about 20 customers while we were there. No one suffered from lack of attention and professional performance. Michael was pleasant for every single person when most people would have been rattled.
And Michael, thanks for making a difficult time just a little bit easier for us.

Excellent experience while preparing and shipping out a package for family and a few Amazon returns! Michael was extremely helpful with packing my items, and very speedy with my Amazon returns. In addition, he reminded me that needed to buy stamps and saved me from making a stop at the post office! All around great service, definitely highly recommended for future shipping needs.

This location was exceptional with customer service and tending to my needs quickly and efficiently. Michael Warren greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked through the door and offered amazing help. I was able to ship out five packages at a great rate with his assistance.

I've taken Amazon returns here. Always a quick and easy process. I've never been in there longer than 5 minutes. Staff is pleasant.

I can't say enough good things about the service at this UPS Store and its manager, Michael Warren. I would give 10 stars if I could. I had a very complicated order and Michael worked closely with me over many days to make sure it got handled just right, even taking the time and effort to hand-write delivery instructions on each box and frequently calling the UPS depot in my town to make sure they followed my delivery needs. Michael went well above and beyond the call in helping me with this.

Life is made easier at UPS! Hardly a wait, quick scan, get receipt and on my way! Thank you for making this so efficient. AND Staff is knowledgeable, professional and polite.

Have walked into many UPS establishments in the past and I have to say this is one of the best. Had some trouble using the computer and I was promptly assisted by one of the staff members. A1 service, very friendly personnel and always reliable.

Great place, nice and helpful employee, I think his name was Josh. I was skeptical after reading some bad reviews here but I usually tape my boxes beforehand anyway and did not feel like driving an extra 10 minutes to Frandor. This is a business, it does not surprise me they charge for tape especially with all the $100k cars around here. Even saw one parked out front when I made my trip over there.

Quit whining, if you don't want to pay for tape, use your own beforehand or use USPS and have your package lost, or take 2 weeks for 3 day priority. Most reviewers on here must not have had the pleasure of dealing with a real unethical business that truly deserves bad Google reviews and should be reported to BBB, ATF, whatever organization or agency governs that area of the market.

Also this is an individual store, not a place to review the entire UPS corporation which is what many of these reviews seem to be doing.
