Drove out to Feldman from Cement City on a Saturday because they came highly recommended. Was not disappointed. I knew from their website the vehicle I was interested in and the whole process only took maybe an hour and I was driving away with the vehicle. Jason and Elliot were both very professional and helpful. They made the process very easy and fast. I am extremely happy with my purchase and was pleasantly surprised they were able to get my payments lower than originally expected with a shorter loan term. Daniel was my service advisor and was wonderful! I originally came in for an oil change, and as I am currently on a limited budget due to my second job having closed suddenly, I was SO worried that I was going to be told that I needed bunch of additional work done (my car is making some noises) and feel pressured into getting the repairs done like I have been at other dealerships, but NO! Daniel did show me my filter that was disgusting and needed to be replaced, when he told me it was going to be $70, I almost panicked because I didn't have that much extra money. He was so helpful at finding me a coupon for a discount that made the filter affordable and fit into my budget. The oil change only took about an hour and he did inform me at the end that I need new rear brakes, but again, I did not feel pressured at all. He let me know about the financing options, and I actually called today to get a quote and hopefully scheduled. I won't be going to any other Chevy dealership except this one.

As someone who does not look forward to the process of trading in a vehicle for a newer used vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at Feldman of Lansing. Jacqueline was my sales specialist and I genuinely recommend her. I didn't experience and deceptive sales tactics like I had a month ago while beginning my search for a vehicle- I'm looking at you Champion Jeep and Dodge. Of course they're going to offer extended warranties and such, but they were not pushy about it.

My husband and I brought my husband’s truck for service, we got some bad news, turned out that his transmission was shot. Spencer and Derek took extremely good care of us over the two days that it took to work out what our best options were for the truck and possibly a new vehicle. We ended up going with a new vehicle. Helped me get into a great truck. The people were real nice stayed past closing to get the deal done and to the numbers I was wanting. Allowed me to drive the truck for more than a block and on the highway (I know some places have a set route around the block and that’s it.) willing to show me anything about the truck

As usual the service team offered an exceptional experience. From a truly friendly greeting, to advising me of what might be needed for my vehicle, to getting it all done in a timely manor and walking me through the payment process. It's truly a wonderful experience. Feldman's sales department could learn much from how service sites it right, since the sales department did it all wrong and I will no longer work with them. I will always trust the service department to do it right and make me feel like my business is very important to them.
