I was very impressed with the organized and cleanliness feel of the office. Everyone treated me with kid gloves very respectful. I felt like I was in the best of care. The surgeon and the anesthesiologist explained everything step by step. I will definitely be back in five years. And I will definitely recommend to all of my family and friends.

The nurses were outstanding on every point. My complaint would be the process of getting on the phone to someone who can get me the info and not put me on hold several times to the point of I was going to cancel it all. But a great asst got me to the place I needed to be her name is Carolyn Sweet she was wonderful. Understood it all.
I’d like to say Rachel who was by my side was so great!!! Very impressed. She called me the next day to follow up. Great staff . Plz work on the other phone situations. Thank you for asking to give my thoughts.

I have had a lot of Dr's who didn't listen or brushed me off in the past. Andrea is very thoughtful. She listens to everything I say. She asks multiple questions that let's me know she has heard everything I said. And then she talks through a plan with me. She is thorough and she follows through with everything she says she will do. She is awesome and I am thankful she is my GI Specialist.

Every person from the front office to the doctors were wonderful. Super friendly and great bed side manner. It’s a very busy place but you don’t feel rushed getting ready for your procedure. The staff was on top of their game.

My experience with DHI was extremely positive, from the arrival time until completion of the procedure. The process was explained in detail the Team of Nurses & Dr. J. So pleasant and easy from beginning to end. I was nervous but they made me feel at ease. I was in and out in less 2 hours and so well cared for and kept informed all along the way. Great experience for surgery.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and concerned with my questions and health. Everyone worked hard to keep me informed and aware of what was going to happen. Jim was very nice, my anesthesiologist was great and Dr. Jillian was excellent.

Hopefully I won't need to see them again for 10 years. Lol.

My husband and I were so happy with Jonathan he explained everything quite well with pictures too. Sat down talked with real concern for my health. We were both impressed a lot.

I loved my recent appointment with Don Laird. Unfortunately you folks have cancelled three out of four of my most recent appointments. I hope you're not asking for a review of the appointment on march 5 which you rescheduled to late march. Don did a great job of finding out what was wrong on our february appointment, but I'm disappointed at the number of cancellations by your office on appointments I was COUNTING ON and needing

It was as pleasant as that procedure could be! Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Doctor was awesome. I really appreciated the attention to details and professionalism along with personality.

My wait time in the office was only minutes and I was seen with in minutes of being put in an examination room. The staff was kind and patient with me. The test that they order were scheduled right away. I was so surprised at how quickly the scheduling people got ahold of me. It was only hours from my appointment.

The surgical center has very good employees there. Dr. Coffey was great. He did a fine job but one problem with the Center or Dr. Coffey‘s office. They do not call you the next day like they say they are have had to deal with everything myself, or have to call them each time. Also the papers they give you do not explain totally until you get the last one from the surgical center. Things you should have on hand and for example having a person with you for 24 hours after the surgery.

Jonathan Thelen was a great PA. He talked about all of my options and was very thorough. A pleasure to talk to. The scheduler and the other woman from the office were very pleasant and efficient. Also had great conversations with both

I had a procedure done and they were awesome. From check in to discharge this uncomfortable situation was made as comfortable and pleasant as it could be. If you need to have any type of procedure done this surgery center is the best place you could go. I will go there for all my needs. Best service ever.

The staff, including the check-in person, nurses, and physicians were very professional and genuinely caring and friendly. All, made me feel comfortable and relaxed about by procedure. Prior to being taken in for the procedure, the physician told me, "We will take care of you and make sure everything goes well." That is exactly what happened, and I would recommend this facility for future procedures if needed. Thank you.

I really was looking for negative response from receptionist, she was nice and the nurse was even better and the Dr was excellent. That's how I like to see an office ran. I was 3 to 4 min late n there was no charge or anything. Ramblewood location is an excellent facility.

My experience with this provider was positive. Everyone acted in a timely manner and very professionally. I was nervous but was put at ease. There was understandable explanations offered and apt questions asked and answered. I appreciated these providers. Thanks!

From beginning to end my experience was perfect. Parking was excellent for my handicapped husband. Plenty of comfortable seating in the lobby. The reception/admissions clerk was so very kind, cheerful, and so helpful. I was in pretty bad shape and she handled me patiently and respectfully. I was taken back on time. My admissions nurse, Jim, was thorough, very informative, and understanding. The nurses and anesthetist were kind and helpful. They did their jobs fully making my comfort a priority. They were reassuring throughout. They do seem to enjoy their profession. I’m so pleased that my doctor, Dr Dorian Jones, with Digestive Health uses the Lansing Surgery Center. Dr Jones is kind. He listens. And he spoke with me before and after the procedure. The staff at the Digestive Health Institute gave me such excellent instructions. It is comforting to be taken care of by staff that cares about their patients like the staff at DHI does. Very proactively helpful and supportive.

My check-in was fast and easy. The girl doing the meds and blood pressure was friendly. And Grace listened to my concerns offered helpful suggestions. My appointment was, as usual, a great experience.

The surgical center was very highly professional, caring and attentive to me and to my medical record. The procedure was done with excellent expertise and the results were fully and clearly reported to me with paperwork to take home.
