Very great Sunday staff today. Very attentive, and super nice. Food was the best we've had there in a while. Came out hot, and delicious. Our server was always there filling up our drinks, asking us if we needed anything. Very nice trip this round.

Breakfast was delicious. Fresh coffee. And our server, Carly, was the kindest human we have met in a long time. Thank you!!

I tried to make reservations at Texas Roadhouse. It was going to be over a two hour wait. I called the other Texas Roadhouse and was on hold for a 1/2 hour waiting for a manager to come to the phone to confirm a large party(over 6 people) before hanging up. We decided to go to Cracker Barrel instead. The hostess said to give her a minute and then to our shock sat us immediately. Madi, our waitress, did a phenomenal job. Great job Cracker Barrel!

Our group of 10 family members of all ages dined at the Okemos store last night, Nov.11, 2023. We had the most wonderful time. They seated our group quickly. The waitress, Madison, was just a joy. She fulfilled all of our many requests and always with a big smile! The food was excellent! My husband has been sick for months and we were looking forward to when we'd be able to go to CB for some fried catfish, and all our fav vegetables. They were delicious and I can say our younger people enjoyed every minute and the food. My daughter and I did some shopping and she found a beautiful poncho at a more than reasonable price. The Christmas trees were gorgeous, and the many beautiful Christmas items were great and with great prices! It was a wonderful memorable evening and one I know our family will talk about for a long time. Well done, Cracker Barrel staff and cooks.👏👏👍👍

We have always enjoyed the food from here. It’s always fresh and delicious. Our server Mir, was awesome! Very kind and attentive to everyone in her area. The atmosphere is just so homey and comfy cozy.

Very happy to visit this restaurant, the atmosphere was very refreshing very peaceful it made my wife and I feel like if we’re in some distance European country . The food was amazing very delicious the flavors were amazing with every bite that I took it made me feel like if I was celebrating a new year every time, the fireplace was beautiful warming that made your soul feel like you were experiencing a little peace of heaven. We will be visiting this place in the future!

She was welcoming, thoughtful and kind. From our initial interaction to our very last Taylor was amazing. She treated all her Customers with the same thoughtful attention and care.
My breakfast was delicious, coffee was Hot and Full.

I ordered Thanksgiving Dinner. Turkey was very moist. I would have preferred corn over green beans. I ordered a whole Pecan pie and devoured it in 3 days (with sneaky help). I would definitely order a holiday meal again.

Usually a 5 star. Today the food was ok ( bottom of the biscuits were WAY over baked and hard). Took FOREVER to get our meals. Just 2 of us. Nothing special ordered. We were starting to think they had forgotten us. Not busy at all. The server was good. We visited this location in Okemos MI before and had the same concern. We eat at CB A LOT, but probably won't return to this location.

You just gotta love cracker barrel for not only the food but the shopping afterwards... I can never get out without my teenage daughter buying an arms load of stuff for herself and gifts for loved ones.

Seems like every time we visit this location we're disappointed. Just got back from a trip to Tennessee and we were impressed with new dishes and the service we received. We went to this location and the food was borderline cold. We waited well over 30 minutes for our food and the place was close to empty. Our waitress wasn't very attentive and refills on drinks were few. We'll do cracker barrel again. But will stay clear of this location in Okemos even though it's less then 10 minutes away.

I ordered heat and serve food for curbside.. The food was brought to my vehicle in good time after parking in the curbside parking, and the catering employee was friendly.

From Host to Server to Store Clerk. Everyone was professional, friendly and attentive. Food (2 types of chicken) was amazing. Even the coke was perfect. McDonald's mix of Coke is usually spot on but this place did it one better. In the gift shop they also have the original recipe of Hersey's chocolate without paraffin. Yummy. Have to add the bill was actually about the same $$ for us as going for fast (not as good) food.

I love the store as you walk in to have a great meal - smell of the candles are just amazing and so many nice gifts to choose from. You always know what to expect at the Cracker Barrel - no matter what state you happen to be in.
