Primo Pizza

This little Pizza Place is Great! Small, but CLEAN with GREAT food and WONDERFUL service. Good, good real people run this establishment. They care about their work and the product they put out. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We ordered our pizza at 11:15 p.m. and they didn't bat an eye. I felt bad ordering so late since they close at midnight, but they were happy to have us and we're very welcoming. They take orders up to to midnight. This place did not disappoint. Next time we come to town we will go there again.

Great Service! HUGE Pizza! Awesome Crust! I dont know if you can do Taco Pizza better than this. Try this place if you're at the Best Western Plus Grand Castle Inn & Suites. It's just around the corner!

I've tried all the pizza places in Grandville and Primo's is definitely the best! The taste is so authentic with fresh ingredients. The cheese and sauce ratio is also perfect, the cheese hung on each time I grabbed another piece. The cheese breadsticks were covered with gooey cheese and a nice chew to them. Much better than the chain places nearby!

Where to start? The gentlemen who took our order over the phone and delivered our food was awesome- so polite, super friendly. And we ordered close to closing and he was still awesome. The food is fantastic. We had a few pizzas- all incredible- the crust was thin and crispy and perfect and they do NOT skimp on the cheese and toppings. And he was not kidding when he said their bread sticks are awesome- they really are! The sauce is excellent and I don't even usually like pizza sauce. Salad was great too! All around fantastic place to eat. The service and food were both incredible.

What a great and comfortable place to dine in or take out! The quality of the pizza was absolutely phenomenal and the flaky crust was delicious! And the garlic butter to dip the crust into was wonderful! Amazing to the last bite!!

I come from Byron Center to get there pizza! Reminds me of Rico's pizza in Sarasota Florida 20 years ago! When they had great pizza! But anyway they know your name when you are a regular and come in often! Great family service!

This place has the best pizza and subs! The people working there are wonderful! We brought our grandson there for a birthday meal and they found out and put on happy birthday music. It was so cool for him. Then they made up a birthday cake made with candy and a coke! My grandson was so pleased!
I think we will be giving them more business in the future. This is the kind of local business everyone should support!

This place was so convenient to the hotel I was staying in and for some reason when I saw it I just knew that the food would be delicious. I was not disappointed and the prices for great as well. I took most of what I ordered back to Georgia and. If this pizza place is close to Kalamazoo Michigan would certainly stop back by this week as well. If not it was a wonderful place to eat. The service was great and it didn't take long for my order to be cooked right made to order when you order it.

I wish i could give this spot a 10/5. Pizza was so good, the owners are the nicest people ever and were amazing if you don’t eat here your missing out. My favorite pizza by far!

We like to order pizza from a variety of places, but when my kids ask for the pizza with 2 pounds of cheese they mean Primo Pizza! Primo pizza crust is crunchy and chewy, the sauce is lightly applied- its cheezy and a little sweet, toppings are plentiful, but not overloaded and the cheese is amazing and plentiful. The pizza is not overly greasy and is good hot or cold.

Staying in Grandville tonight. Decided to get pizza. Ordered Primo Pizza delivery. Great service on the phone and delivery driver was pleasantly personable and happy. Pizza and cheese bread was amazing. I definitely recommend them. And please tip the driver. They don't get paid much hourly and need the tips to survive.

My 8 year old son and I absolutely love this place. The pizza is what I would call "New York style", greasy, foldable, and delicious. I see a lot of negative reviews from people upset when they get a oily or greasy pizza (not just this place). I then wonder what they meant to order. Pizza is not supposed to be good for you. Pizza is supposed to be delicious. Axel, whom I believe to be the owner, is always friendly and the customer service is the best you will find.

Staying in Grandville for the weekend and decided to stay in and order pizza. This was hands down some of the best pizza we’ve had. Got the Primo pizza and cheesy breadsticks. The marinara is the bomb! They need to bottle this marinara and sell it! Marked this as a favorite and if we ever get back to Grandville we will be ordering again!

Our favorite!! Portions a big - hubby and I can share a salad and spaghetti with meatballs and have leftovers. Love the pizza and bread still. Everything made with love!

Honestly best pizza place within a 30 mile radius. It might be excessive but we order pizza and their BOMB CHEESEY BREAD at least once a week. They just recently started to deliver too and the owner is always incredibly friendly. They are also pretty quick with getting the food made but always provide quality pizza and service. I highly recommend!

The pizza was great and the customer service was fantastic. The gentleman who helped us was very friendly and came over to chat with us a few different times making sure our food was good and just sharing some stories with us. We had a great time and would recommend this place to anyone.

Have had their pizza several times and it is exceptional. They are not stingy with the toppings. Tonight tried their burritos. They did not disappoint. Very good. The people who work here are friendly. Always welcomed as soon as I walk in the door.

30 minutes from closing, the owner happily made me a chicken BBQ pizza - stayed open a little late too. He could have pushed me toward some left over lunch slices, but didn't. We're not in this area often near meal time, but will definitely be back - one of the Best CKBBQ I've had.

Our family absolutely loves this place. Hands down our favorite pizza in or around Grand Rapids. The owners are incredible. Friendly, prompt, attentive, they just want you to be happy.

The best pizza in town. we have weird requests and i always get my pizza exactly as i want it. also Axel is awesome. he gets to know his customers. Also a great value with their 18 inch pizza.
