Universal Services moved a heavy piece of equipment from and another piece of equipement back into my basement. Jared and Isaac did an outstanding job moving the equipment. Will definitely use them for any future moves.

Jared and his crew did an amazing job handling my parents move! The very friendly, very efficient and worked to ensure that everything was set up to my parents satisfaction. They made the transition from lifetime home to new home very smooth. We are very grateful to them.

Even though the temperature was over 100 degrees the day of our move, the 2 men assigned to our project were pleasant and kind the entire time. They were careful handling the furniture and were helpful in their suggestions about furniture placement in the new home which was part of an assisted living facility. The office staff was also helpful in guiding us through the entire process. We would absolutely recommend them for your next move.

Jared and Rob were wonderful yesterday with my move from a home of 46 years to an apt . Their professionalism and knowledge were excellent . Highly recommend.

We recently moved from an apartment in Pewaukee and a storage locker in Lannon to Grafton. We had 4 movers. They had to go up and down 20 steps at the apartment every time they got more boxes and furniture. Then when we got to our new house, they couldn't drive on the driveway because we had new concrete. They were amazing! Nothing broken, nothing scratched. They knew all the tricks to get everything in the house seamlessly. I would definitely recommend Universal Services, and if we ever move again, will be using them!

Universal Services did a fantastic job moving my mother within her assisted living facility to another care level and moving excess furniture! Hector and Jim were very efficient and knowledgeable. I’ve worked for a variety of senior communities over the years and the go to moving company I recommend is Universal Services! The positive experience starts with Jody and goes through to the rest of the office staff and straight to the individuals moving the items. The customer service, top notch care and respect given to the older population is why they are the first name that comes to mind when I hear a family is in need of a mover! Call them first!

The crew, Joe, Ray and Nate were great to work with on our move from a four bedroom house to a two bedroom apartment with a small elevator. They were miracle workers getting our very heavy dining room table in the elevator and down the hall. I honestly don’t know how they were able to do it but they did. Since we were pretty organized and set to go things ran very efficiently once we got to the apartment. Our only complaint would be that there should have been 3 guys in the morning, right from the start. After lunch Nate joined the group and things went much better. I would recommend using this crew to anyone. Thanks Universal!

Jody was so great to deal with. Jim and Justin did such a fantastic job. They worked so hard, and were so accommodating with anything I needed. They were friendly, and I felt like they respected my things. It was a move I was looking forward to, but I wanted to have it done with as little pain as possible! That was definitely achieved. UNIVERSAL handled the personal furnishings to be moved with my Father, kindly and efficiently, knowing how to discuss cherished items with an old man. Universal also consigned appropriate furnishings, tools and machinery, then arranged for donating the final items to charity. An enormous task, completed in just a few days, for a fair price.
