ARE YOU KIDDING ME! This place was so worth the stop. The service we got was timely, absolutely respectful, and very pleasant. The drinks were strong, makng them worth the money. The food was honestly the best food we have tasted anywhere in the area. The price is higher the other local restaurants, but the quantity and quality of the food is worth it. This is definitely a great restaurant and i would recommened it to anyone.

Heading up North for a weekend getaway and made our usual pitstop in West Branch. We decided to pass on the traditional Tim Hortons and opened YELP. #1 was the Willow Tree. The French onion soup was crazy good. Alicia, our server, recommended a grouper special with shrimp and scallops.... It was marvelous.

We highly recommend the Willow Tree and hope you get lucky and are seated at Alicia's table.

Best Mexican food I've had in my life, service was excellent

Went out to dinner for our 1 year Anniversary and worth every penny! Our waiter Travis S. was absolutely fantastic! Extremely friendly and outgoing. Very knowledgeable of the menu and drinks and steers you in the right direction. Highly recommend!!

I ate here for the first time last week. We attended for the brunch. As someone who does not really like buffets on a whole, this was amazing! Many servers were always bringing out hot food, they brought out small quantities at a time and had many options. The food was delicious! I would definitely attend again. Our server was attentive and friendly as well.

This fancy place was my grandmother's restaurant pick for her 80th birthday. Expect dinner to be pricey. The menu had good options for fish lovers and haters and kids. Specialty drinks were mixed very well (no over pour). Service was solid and the food was hot and fresh. Would recommend to friends.

I don't visit frequently as I find it nice to save the nicer places for more special occasions. I heard the Surf n surf Chef special and didn't look back.
It was a great choice. I look forward to my next visit very much and would highly recommend a meal with the Willow Tree team. You won't be disappointed!

Dinner was wonderful! We had 2 appetizers, one was a crab cake and the other was barbeque shrimp wrapped in bacon and onion slices. I had the surf and turf and the meat was cooked just the way I like it and the lobster tail was excellant. The veggie was asparagus and I don't think I have ever enjoyed asparagus this much. Everything we had was perfect. My hubby had the twin lobsters and he was in agreement about how good the meal was. The lobster bisque was very tasty. Our server was Cory and he checked to make sure everything was going well as our courses arrived. They also had a gentlemen who sang in the evening. He was not too loud and the music was good and so was his singing. A very enjoyable Valentine Day evening. The Willow Tree also has a very nice atmosphere.

We had a great time at the Willow Tree. The air conditioner was broken so they had fans set up around the restaurant. The staff were amazing and so friendly which says a lot because the kitchen had to be a furnace with no air. My daughter is gluten intolerant and they did a great job helping her choose from their menu and checking to make sure it was gluten free. The restaurant is beautiful and I would highly recommended the Willow Tree.

Everything we've ever gotten here has been delicious. The only comply I've had was my steak coming out rarer than I ordered one time when I was pregnant. I know chefs generally hate making anything more than medium rare but sometimes it's necessary! I highly recommend this restaurant though.

We were celebrating our Anniversary the service and atmosphere were great the food was outstanding! My husband is a chef and he really enjoyed the service and food presentation. We were stuffed but took a delicious piece of cheesecake to go!

We were craving a good steak dinner, and it was outstanding. The NY strip and Rib Eye. Everything that came out of the kitchen looked amazing. My lobster bisque soup had huge chunks of lobster meat, it was delicious. All the staff was very friendly and our server Cory did a great job.

We LOVE the Willow Tree! The waitstaff are warm & friendly & the Chef, is Outstanding! Well worth the experience. PLEASE, try the bacon wrapped barbequed shrimp, on skewers , or the Escargot, appetizers! EXCELLENT!

We ate at the Willow Tree on a recent trip up north. We nearly left as my wife and I were both wearing very casual clothing but the very gracious owner assured us that they welcome all and to please come as you are. Sure enough the customers ranged from very dressy to cut-offs and flip flops. I could not believe how amazing the food and service was. We had a fabulous meal that I would have expected to find in an upscale restaurant and not in the boonies in West Branch, MI. I ordered Ahi Tuna that was better than any I had ever had on the West Coast and fancy eateries. Our meals were amazing and we were so disappointed that we didn't have any room for dessert. Our waitress Terrie was fabulous and gave us wonderful travel tips as we continued up to Mackinac. I am so sorry that we don't live closer and I truly cannot wait to go back!!!! WELL WORTH THE STOP!!!!

It's a little upscale for our budget but a beautiful setting. We had a Perch fish dinner. Really small pieces and lots of breading but you could tell it was Perch. l would go again for a special occasion.

In this area it is limited to a quiet and dressed up place to eat. I have dined here several times, this last time we went here for our anniversary. I ordered a steak med and it came to me well done. The waiter did not hesitate to change my bill so I was not charged for my meal, although I was asked if I wanted another steak and I declined.
