Applebee's Grill + Bar

We came in tonight kinda late, they seated us quickly. Our server was Jon, he was very polite, and he made sure my endless wings never ended! Couldn't be more happy with the service, friendly staff, good food, and an all around good experience!

We just finished eating our takeout from here and I am full. The food was pipping hot, mouth watering delicious. The food was cooked to perfection, my shrimp was tender in my Fuccini and my wife's steak was cooked medium to perfection as well. If I could rate 10, it's deserved.

Service: I was having issues with their site ordering, so I called. Ed picked up my call and I explained. He was exceptionally polite and helpful. He put me through to someone else and again very polite and helpful. When I went to collect my order the young lady came out and I said I needed to pay. She guessed who I was ans again was very helpful. The manager came over to see if everything was OK. I explained the issue with the site and we both agreed it was my card as it was a Canadian card. Their site is not setup for it. Again 10 / 10 for service.

My order was sat waiting for me before 6pm when it was due. We will be back in the new year as we are from Canada for the weekend.

Overall a wonderful experience and next time we will eat in.

The food was good, the waitress was super friendly and nice. I had my whole family with me. She was patient, and understanding.

Came here after three years with some of my friends for dinner at Applebee’s today. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. A very good experience! Don’t let appearances fool you—the name may be divey, but the food is fantastic. This place is perfect for groups or a casual family night.

Delicious as always and great service! The manager stopped by several times to see how we were doing and our waitress was great. We were also having trouble with a coupon and they went out of their way to fix it.

We had a volleyball team with families, total 25. The manager was awesome. We were sitting within 20 mins of calling. It was a great experience. We will definitely be back next year.

We were treated exceptional by staff this past Tuesday . We ordered the Sirloin Steak special & the Salmon dinner. I've never tasted mashed potatoes sooo good ! Just like homemade . The dinners were both excellent ! I also impressed with the TEAM ATTITUDE , the whole staff had . Kudos the the mgr , because the staff seemed to work very well together . Even opened the door for us on the way out. It was only my second time in an Applebee's restaurant & I'm glad we chose this one. Can't wait to return . Yum ! Thank you !!!

Erica was hands down the best server I’ve ever had at an apple bees. She was one of the best servers I’ve had at a restaurant ever. The food was great I couldn’t believe their steak was as good as a steak house. The ribs were tasty as well. We will be back and ask for Erica as our server. I’d suggest everyone asks for Erica if you want the best service.

I got the most amazing service here hands down and the food was so good very hot and fresh. Everything all together was amazing! I would like to add we were there for the veterans day event and I feel they truly did amazing taking care of vets and there family's they truly went above and beyond to care for each and every vet and family member that day from what I seen. Anyways thank you Applebee's of west branch you truly made our day special and many others as well, I have never had bad service here.

We stop here on our way up north frequently. We sit at the bar and Tori is the bartender. She is awesome!! Always friendly and attentive. She makes the best drinks!!

I was back home on leave and decided to try the place. It was better than expected! I usually don't like Applebee's but this one was phenomenal. Blew my expectations out of the water. Definitely give it a try.

Friendly Atmoshere that over the years has proven useful on many special occasions. The staff has always gone the extra mile to ensure my special occasions went well. To the Applebee's Staff, Heartfelt Thank You!! We ate there on two seperate nights this extended weekend. Also, Thank You for the years of helping us Veterans out on Vets Day; We had a great evening there on11/11/19.

As expected per the usual Applebee's experience. Food and service was good. One thing I could say is that the televisions were all way too loud.

Too crowded. Too loud. Too hard to get to from the road. But the food and service were great. Jasmine, our server, was outstanding.

The waitress got upset because her father let my wife try a French frie. Just a suggestion, if this is policy as she said, I Apologize and shame on you Apple Bees !

Absolutely the best Applebee's that we have been to! We sat at the bar, ordered drinks and food from the server. She was absolutely excellent! I believe her name is Tori? On top of everything! Very attentive service while she was extremely busy with everyone else. The drinks were fast, and the food was excellent! We had the two for $25. Spinach artichoke dip, I had the bacon cheeseburger with fries, my husband had the fiesta lime chicken. Everything came out hot and good! The restaurant is clean, and the bathrooms are also. I highly recommend this Applebee's! We enjoyed it so much, that I had to call the manager over to tell him how pleased we were with everything! Thank you for a great meal and excellent service! Looking forward to coming back again soon!

If you have been to one Applebee's, you have basically been to them all, but this location made a lasting impression for us. We decided to eat out during the long July 4th weekend and noticed that there was still a big crowd of people in town that following week. Service was still great even though our main entrees did take longer than usual. We finally got our food and the cooks must have misread or ultimately made a mistake because both dishes were cooked wrong. We told our waitress and they were so polite and apologetic and told us they would rush us out two new entrees ASAP. A couple minutes later, the Manager comes around and apologizes again about the slow service and the wrong meals and decides to comp our whole bill! That is how you retain customers and make them feel welcome to dine in; And that was the cherry on top of the cake, too. Our food came out minutes later and was just how we imagined it would look and taste.

Denise was a great waitress. Ask for her! Seated immediately! Blue Bahama Mamas were great! Fish and chips eas served hot and crispy! Coffee was fresh and timing was right on to enjoy our experience!
