McDonald's

We visit this McDonald’s at least 12 times per year on our travels up north and home again. The food is always super hot, the employees are always very friendly and efficient and the restrooms are clean. This consistency makes the West Branch McDonald’s stand out among all the rest! During busy travel times, we appreciate the large parking lot, as well as room to park a trailer and walk the dog.

Very clean and friendly staffs. This MCD comes after long interval on I-75. Big parking area. Also big dinning area. We stopped for breakfast and liked the food

Our drive through girl was absolutely amazing! Best customer service from McDonald's. I believe her name is Kayla! We came in around 443pm today (Sept 29th 2023) Thank you so much!

Most McDonald’s have a pleasant atmosphere, this one is no exception, always clean and a very friendly staff, I hope McDonald’s appreciates their employees as well as their customers do!

My fries were piping hot 😍😍😍 and my double quarter pounder looked like something form heaven and all the workers were awesome keep it up

West branch Michigan is the best one I've ever been too. Very friendly employee and you don't wait long for your food

Fast and friendly. They were very understanding that I was a first-time app user and had difficulty setting up the app. So, in order to keep the line moving, I myself suggested getting out of line and figuring it out and then returning afterward. I got a Mc chicken free large fries and a large sweet tea with light ice. Everything was great, with the exception of the ice. They went a little too light, and so my drink was kinda warm.

Great McDonald's the workers are always friendly and the food comes out hot and fresh.

What a pleasure! That’s not often something I say when going to McDonald’s but this location is excellent! Service was quick and efficient, and the staff was very friendly. They looked to all be working well together as a team. The lobby area and bathrooms were immaculate and the food was top quality. A well earned five stars.

Made a curb side order and it was canceled by mcdonald's. So I went in and the young lady Rebekah was cashier and helped me promptly with courtesy.
I was able to have my meal eat it and be back to work on time. Thank you.

They sure are skimpy on their fries anymore. But u can count on McDonalds for everything to taste as it should between all of them.

Stopped here passing through town and had to leave a review… This is the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. They are SO fast and efficient, everything runs like an assembly line!!! Had my order out in less than 60 seconds during the lunch rush. I’m in awe.

Very nice McDonald's. Clean, nice decorations, friendly service. About 1 minute off the highway.

Went through the drive thru, and let me tell you. I got the hottest & freshest fries ever. My chicken nuggets were nice & hot too. Good job!

This place deserves an award for being clean, courteous and getting good food out in an acceptable amount of time.

The most slowest service I have ever received there was 5 cars waiting for their food besides us.

Male employee at the counter was kind and friendly, clean restaurant and clean bathroom. 8/28 around 1:45. Good fries and tea.

Wish the McDonalds in Bay City made the fries as fresh as you guys did. Commercial perfect!

Absolutely amazing our food was still hot an ready within minutes of ordering!! Y'all rock I'd keep coming back to West Branch McDonald's anyday !!
