I had a great experience working with Peter Palm at the body shop following my collision. It was my first accident and he helped me through the process as well as keeping me updated while the repairs were ongoing. I highly recommend going here for all of your collision/body shop needs!

I was very thankful and pleased with the work that the collision shop performed. They fixed my Kia Optima and made it look like brand new. Mikayla, Bryan, and Mr. Peter all assisted me with kindness and knowledge of their field. Very thankful to Peter the adjustor!!! God forbid that I will need to come back, but if I do I know where I’m going.

0 stars actually but it wouldn’t let me choose that option. “0” due to calling on a Saturday 3 times and not getting an answer despite them being “open”, and being told by staff that it’s “Saturday and only one person is back there”….so they’re admittedly understaffed on the weekends in the body shop and can’t pick up the phone for new business. Seems like it would be difficult to get updates if I had dropped my car off so I’m obviously going elsewhere. Beware.

I dont like posting negative things about a buisness. So im not going to be nasty, but I do find reviews helpful. So I felt it necessary to post. There's no way they have a perfect 5 star review and no other reviews. That's all I'm going to say. Do your research. I liked the fowlerville location much better when I bought my previous car 7 years ago. I recommend that location more than anything else. Other than that. Just do your research before you do anything.
