One of the trainers I met, CJ, is incredible. So optimistic, kind, and knowledgeable. I have a great time learning from and training with him, and highly recommend him.
The gym itself is great! Lots of people go, but I am seldom impacted by not having access to open equipment. Clean facility. Overall just really impressed. Staff at the front desk always, always greets me (specifically Hunter and Heather!) Good people here!

This place is great man, I ain’t never been to a better gym in my dang life. Flawless equipment, impeccable coaching and exquisite environment.

Hell of a gym man!

Absolutely have loved this gym! Probably the nicest one I've been to personally. The machines are all very nice and well taken care of, the gym is always generally pretty open.(depending on what time you go/day) but can get crazy busy some times but with the amount of machines it's usually not a long wait. Personally Brooklynne has been awesome, and very knowledgeable. She has kept me accountable and helps the gym feel like a more comfortable space! Thanks a bunch 👍

I have been going to EOS for two years now and I can say it’s definitely better than any other gym in Ogden. I will say the staff is super fun and is always a good time. Even when they kick me out. The staff also sings happy birthday to you if it’s your birthday. Just ask them. Great gym. 10/10 would sneak in there again.

My personal favorite gym. I've been going regularly for about 2 years now. All the machines are in great condition and they continue to renovate the place. The hosts are always very attentive. Gabe in particular is a very cool dude and I'm always happy to see him around.

such an amazing gym. been coming here since 2021 and you won’t catch me straying to no other gym. the entire staff is so amazing and the other gym goers are just as amazing and nice! real nice equipment and great service

Really Spacious. Normally go to the One in Sunset/Roy (is smaller), there is plenty of machines and equipment; was always a machine for everyone. I don't recall waiting for anything. The Massage Chairs were not working correctly. plenty of Parking @ Junction area though

Great gym. I love the equipment here and the staff is pretty friendly! The space is a little small so machines are fairly close together and there's not much room to move around the dumbbells area. When machines break they don't seem to stay broken long and I've seen plenty of improvements over the years.

An excellent, clean, and very well equipped gym. Even when busy there’s little to no wait for equipment since they have so many of each type. They have the most racks out of any gym I’ve been too! And the staff are all super nice!

We love this gym! Super friendly staff and good variety of equipment. Our trainer, Brooklynne is fabulous and we’ve seen great results.

I love this gym I give it a 10/10 definitely friendly staff always brook is a great trainer. If you want to reach your goals come see a trainer here and you will get results definitely.

Absolutely adore this gym. 12/10 would recommend. The gym is big and has a great vibe. The workers there are amazing! Especially JJ, Rye, Matt, and Brooklynne.

I have loved my experience at EOS gym! The facility is well maintained and the staff is super friendly. I also highly recommend my personal trainer Kara Shea Scott. With her help, I have learned how to do workout routines efficiently/properly and can already see improvements just after a few months! She is friendly and cares for me as a person, but she also makes sure to push me to do my best. Highly recommended this gym to anyone looking. :)

EOS is easily the best gym to go to in Ogden. I enjoy going here to train almost everyday. Super friendly atmosphere, and kind staff. I’d like to give a big props to Gabe for being such a cool and awesome guy who always knows what I need before I even walk up to the front desk. I’d give more stars if I could!

Yoga with Jill cambell is rejuvinating, relaxing and challenging. 🙏 I enjoy the kindness she gives to her class. Perfect Balance.

Also Feel safe leaving my little one in the daycare center when Fatima is working. Fatima is so kind and caring with the kids, come to pick up my little one, kids are laughing and playing games and involved.

Ethan was great. Had really good instructions and customer service. The place is very clean and well organized!

Many great employees here! Matt Mccune is very professional and truly envelops what Eos is all about. He is turning me into a lifelong exercise practitioner. Very grateful for him and his staff

Have been going to the Ogden Eos since I moved up here. It has been the best experience and with getting the new equipment it’s been even better! The staff is amazing and the training has been great!
