Crystal was amazing!! I went in for a haircut and wanted something different. I asked for a long shag style, with curtain bangs. Let me tell you, she delivered! She was so nice and very informative and gave me so many tips and tricks to use with styling my hair. It's honestly my favorite haircut I've ever had. I was only in town visiting family, but I'll probably start making the 2 hour drive in just for her. Thank you!!

Great makeup store. They always have some kind of sale or deal going on which makes trying new products more affordable. Their selection of brands and products is super diverse. I could spend way too much time just browsing through all the different types of mascara let alone everything else they have.

The staff is amazing. They're friendly and extremely helpful. Especially when trying to locate a specific color or product.

Shannon in the salon is absolutely amazing! She has helped me express myself with colors and has always given me multiple 10/10 experiences. She also has given my boyfriend amazing haircuts and he will not go to any other person now. Shannon’s knowledge in hair is so diverse I know I could ask her for any recommendations for products and treatments. She also recommended the olaplex treatment which changed my hair after being so over processed! Because of Shannon I swear I still have hair! Thank you! If you’re looking for a good stylist to stay with SHANNON IS YOUR GIRL!

I had an amazing experience at the Ulta Beauty Salon. My hairstylist was Crystal. She went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable overall and satisfied with the results. My hair color is beautiful!!!! Definitely a judge free zone. The love & support shown from the other workers there also, amazing !!!

A HUGE shout out to the cashier who helped me out Elvia. When asking for help from what I think was the manager I was given a short disregarding answer before she walked away before I could ask any other questions. As a guy I felt this extremely defeating especially when trying to buy something to surprise their fiancé. The cashier not only explained the differences between the setting sprays I was looking at but also helped me with a mascara choice that ended up being on sale and saved me $20. I don’t know if she will see this but thank you for not disregarding males who want to build confidence in their significant others. Thank you.

I came in yesterday 12/9 when you guys opened to look for stuff for my hair and eyelashes. The sweetest girl ever helped me i think her name was Marie.. and we talked about our hair. I just wanted to leave a good review about her because she talked with me for a good 10-15 minutes and was so nice !

I recently had my hair done (color, cut, accent highlight) by Nakoma L. and she did an awesome job. She gave me exactly what I asked for, to the tee, and was so sweet and considerate throughout the service making sure my needs were met and that I was happy with the outcome! Thanks again girl!

I recently had a brow lamination & style at the Benefit Bar in Ulta Beauty and I am beyond thrilled with how it came out! I’ve been trying to achieve the fluffy brow look for awhile but I can now say I’ve successfully achieved it! My stylist, Morgen, truly listened to what I wanted and took her time with my brows. I highly recommend booking a brow lamination & style at Ulta Beauty!

I had the most amazing experience at this ulta tonight. I walked in anxious and unsure of what to buy. I have had so many problems with my skin and finding the right makeup for me. Bafreen came to my rescue and was so amazing… I’ve never met someone so helpful, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. I never spend a lot of money on myself or makeup but she made me feel good about my purchase because she took the time to explain everything to me, color match me, and give me the tools to be successful with this makeup. Bafreen, from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU! Most amazing service I’ve ever had.

I was looking for eye crystals for my Halloween costume, and the ones I was looking for weren’t in stock at the store. I wasn’t too worried about it, but Crystal was on a mission to find me some cute crystals! I love it! She helped me find the cutest lil rhinestones for my look, and she was so helpful and kind! 10/10 experience :)

Ulta in Saginaw is simply amazing. The whole staff is bubbly, caring, and knowledgeable of the products. Shannon does my hair and has completely transformed it. She cares about your hair health and is honest about the process depending on your hair goals. Last night I was in before close and I believe her name was Kamryn, she just amazing as well! I have been tanning and needed new foundation and a couple other things and she really took her time to help me. Getting ready this am I feel better than ever. Check out is so friendly, I have interacted with the manager in the past and great experience there. Thanks for truly caring about your jobs and what you do. I love coming here

This is by far one of the best ulta stores I’ve been to the worker who helped me was so so sweet and helpful/knowledgeable. She even got a perfect shade match the prices were much more reasonable than other stores such as Sephora or online stores. It was a wonderful and happy experience. Sadly I didn’t catch her name. But this is one of the most friendly ulta stores. They really take their time with the people they work with and are very sweet.

Morgan, one of their hairstylists, is absolutely amazing! She took my hair from something that I hated and was self conscious about to a color that I love and cannot wait to show off. The service was amazing as well as she is so friendly and knows exactly what she is doing! You should most definitely book her to get your hair done!

I was looking for new makeup to cover my Lupus rash. I was helped by a lovely young lady (her name means 'snow') who really knew her stuff. She matched me with the perfect foundation and saved me a TON of $$$ by switching me to a different brand (which was much better than my former brand - so win-win). I will definitely be back for their beauty treatments and more skin care products!!!
