The team here at Auto Lab on canton center always does a phenomenal job. They are very transparent and truly care for their customers, and don't try to nickel and dime you for everything. Been getting my oil changes and car repairs done here for years and will continue to do so

Had my vehicle towed to auto lab after it didn't start one morning. They were extremely efficient and worked hard on my car, keeping me posted with any updates to my vehicle. They replaced my fuel pump and engine module after testing the gas that I just filled up with the night before and realizing that my whole tank of gas was bad. They left a very detailed description of service on the receipt including the bad gas that was in the tank, which later helped me get reimbursed by the gas company. 100 percent recommend this business for all of your car needs. I will not go anywhere else from now on.

We have been bringing our vehicles to them for maintenance and repair for years. Their outstanding team is very skilled, honest and trustworthy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This place is very professional and polite. The staff are friendly as hell! The prices and quality of work is phenomenal! When I hear Autolab of Canton, the word loyalty comes to mind. I believe in being loyal to a good company that treats you right because it builds a lasting relationship between customers and business, like how it was back in the day.

This guys literally saved me. I broke my drain blug in the oil pan on my camaro, and they were able to fix it without changing the oil pan, at minor cost. That proves they really try to fix your issue instead of selling new parts. I am glad their team worked on my car.

Dropped off my wife's car here today, we will see. So far I'm feeling good about bringing it here. Just waiting on the phone call with the diagnosis.

Great experiences with AutoLab. Patched my tire within a few hours at no charge, fit us in for an oil change within a few days (their price was cheaper than any other shop). Very satisfied with their services and communication. Highly recommend

Had them put in new full set of brakes. After awhile, steering and brake pedal started to vibrate, so I brought it in. They test drove and decided to put new front rotors and pads at no cost. Thank you Bob and Calvin!

Great place for Auto repair. Fast, effective and reasonably priced. My serpentine belt broke and I am glad I took my vehicle to Auto Lab in Canton. They fixed the car in no time and at a reasonable price.

Brought the wife's car in today. Super impressed, had me in and out was a minor repair, a quickie... What I feared being an expensive repair, wasn't. They've really earned my trust. The big guy, Bob, was great. 👍

TRUSTWORTHY !

So I had a nail in my Pirelli Run Flat tire, and after taking it to a nearby Belle Tire, Belle Tire wanted to charge me an exorbitant rate for a replacement tire, stating that the nail was "too close to the sidewall". I said nope and left to search other options.

I called Auto Lab Canton Center and Calvin was honest, stating that since the tire was a Pirelli Run Flat, the odds were about 50/50 as to whether he could successfully plug it due to the insulated nature of the tire. I figured it was worth the gamble, so I drove it over to have them check it out.

While I waited, I spoke with Bob about tires and how other companies do business, and after chatting with him and Calvin, I got the sense that they are good people who do their best for their customers and don't feel the need to sell something that isn't necessary.

The story ends well, as they were successful in repairing my tire, and quickly too!

After this experience, I will definitely be back! 5 stars all the way :-)

These guys are honest and great. They were able to fix a serious oil leak i had and want me to come back again in two weeks to make sure theres no other issues. I had such a hectic week after going to two different shops and they couldn't fix my issue, so thank you! I will refer everyone to come here for their car troubles.

We just recently had a good amount of work done on our Ford Freestyle at Auto Lab on N. Canton Center. I am writing this review because the service we received was friendly, quick, and professional. We dropped my car off before they opened one morning, and a few hours later received a quote. The quoted work was only what we needed and was for a fair price so we went ahead with the work. They were able to get my car repaired and on the road by 6 pm. I have never had such fast, friendly, and fair service from an auto repair place before. I will definitely be coming back should the occasion present itself. Thank you to Bob and Torey for the great service you provided! My whole family appreciates if very much!

It was such a great experience. They went above and beyond to help me in servicing my vehicle number of time. You can expect excellent service every time you visit for your vehicle. Excellent customer service!!! I've brought 3 cars here and they have been wonderful and worked with me every time! They explained the problems thoroughly and gave me a couple of options. Bob, the owner is wonderful and helpful. Calvin is especially great, extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I am a customer for life with them!

What a nice place to do business. I was in a jam because my license plate had been screwed on last year so tight that I could not get the plate off of the car to replace it with a new one. Nice young man met me in the office and said he could help. Boy did he help! It took him several minutes and an amazing display of strength for even him to get the screws out, but he did it. I was so relieved. I offered to pay for his services, but he refused. I was in disbelief over how nice he was to me and the work he put into solving my problem. What an amazing experience. Highly recommend a business that takes that good care of customers, even ones with an unusual situation. Thank you Auto Lab!

Calvin is amazing ! I recommend him to everyone now. I work at the oil exchange in canton and one time an issue occurred and I called Auto Lab and he was very helpful and resolved my problem in a very professional matter. He could have taken advantage of the situation to make a few bucks quickly but he chose to do the right thing ! Thank you

Bob and his crew do an AWESOME job EVERY time I go in. I have 2 vehicles I take to Autolab Canton and both stay running great. Yes, you pay a little more, but Quality service is well worth it. And Bob is always willing to work with you. I love the service I get each time one of my cars in. I do not go anywhere else. This is definitely the place you want to come.
