Thank you so much for returning my card. And thank you Mickey, for realizing that it was me, the hapless guy losing his sunglasses and his credit card. You are a treasure, CVS is lucky to have you. Everybody I met from the checkouts to the pharmacy, filling my sister’s prescription for Paxlovid at 7 and taking the time to explain everything to us, everybody was thoughtful and courteous. Five stars. Thank you!

Went in for flu shot and the service was friendly and quick. Make your appointment online and you will have your vaccinations done here in no time!

This is a great store.we go there all the time.the pharmacy also is super.nice place.has alot of everything.Many discounts within the store store.its a one stop shop with alot more then that!!!!!!🖒🖒🖒🖒

Great staff. Great prices great store

Very clean, neat and organized store. I came into purchase some sunscreen I walked up to pharmacy to consult on what type and spf level sunscreen I should purchase she was very professional and knowledgeable and recommended a sunscreen that works great! I would of gave 5 stars but unfortunately the cashier didn't seem very customer oriented I walked up to the counter to purchase the sunscreen and she was busy working freight and did recognize me for a few minutes I understand that is her job as well but customers come first. I do note that she was very kind and rung me up in a reasonable amount of time.

Prices are kinda high

I'm not sure if CVS is supposed to be synonymous with quick and friendly service but if it is, the Detroit Lakes location needs to examine their practices. I waited twenty minutes for the "pharmacist's instructions" which amounted to her pushing a button on the register. The clerk then preceded to help the people that queued at the next til. A 40 min wait for a prescription that was "ready". The most egregious aspect of this debacle was the fact that the meds were for a child who needed them for post-op pain management. Thanks CVS for contributing to the suffering of a child.

Nothing exciting

Prescription was faxed in. Came to pick it up the next morning and was told it had to be hand delivered. Doctor office hand delivered it. Called several times and was told I still did not have a prescription. Doctors office called and was told I did not have a account with them although when I called the pharmacy and gave my birthday it replied with my name. Said I had to come in. Came in to pick it up and they then looked to see if they had any and they didn’t . Very rude! No apology. Took prescription and went elsewhere.

Apparently low reviews are kind of cvs’ thing. Had my meds all day, didn’t bother to fill them, didn’t bother to let me know that they were out of another of them. Cashier was useless. As we’re the employees.

If I could give 0 I would. Never had my scheduled monthly prescription available. Always in late. The rudest pharmacy staff I have ever encountered. Switched pharmacy and they didnt even transfer all my prescriptions as requested.
