We had an engine code light up on the road. We're day 1 into a two week trip. Loren was very knowledgeable and helpful. He showed us how to reset our gas pedal and recommended a local repair shop when we couldn't get the cables off of our battery. Thank you!

I love O'Reilly Auto Parts that's where I get 99.9% of my parts it's a good friendly partstore environment you got a good selection on a lot of items pretty decent prices I think anyways other people may not their opinion my opinion I like to place they got. O'Reilly's rewards program I mean that's pretty cool I like it the staffs kind friendly courteous try to help you out the best you can anyway they can and if they can't help you with deal direct you to somebody that can so let's try to give them thumbs up and try to do their best to get you year parts

Two weeks ago I ordered an oil conditioner right before they closed. I wasnt able to get there right away and asked them to set it outside the front door when they left. I would pick it up when I came through town. I was delayed and stopped at the store 45 min later. To my surprise someone was still waiting for me. Totally above and beyond my expectations. In fact I felt embarrassed for making them wait.

This is the type of customer service I consistently experience. I dont think it's possible for them to disappoint. Highly recommend...
