I really appreciated the help I received from Jordan last week when I had to visit your store for additional assistance in setting up my replacement phone. I had been on the phone with a very helpful Verizon rep for quite awhile and she advised me to go into the store to complete the rest of it and Jordan took care me there. Thanks again!

Kacy was awesome , she is friendly and thorough and goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your new Apple devices! MUCH better employees here than the other Verizon store on HWY 10. Vanessa was very friendly and very helpful. Great customer service. Would highly recommend coming here if you want better help.

Jordan at the Verizon Store Veterans Mall Detroit Lakes was an amazing help. Very knowledgeable about all of the phones. He did a great job walking me thru everything. Made sure I understood how to work everything on the new phone and watch.

Today My screen busted on my S20 that I bought at this same store almost 4yrs ago. I walked in there today and was in and out in no time. Garrett was amazing. He didn't talk all techy to me. Just answered my questions in my language. Marcus helped set up my phone, watch, and applied my screen protectors. Garrett transfered from my old phone to my new phone easily. Another girl that worked there (beautiful and dark eye shadow) laughed at my jokes from afar. They all really made my new phone purchase an all out fun experience. My life was only disrupted for approximately 30 min. Thank you all!

I was having several issues trying to get a plan at walmart. But I decided to go into Verizon Bemobile in Detroit Lakes, Is the best. Walmart had got me locked out of my phone. Kasey is amazing she helped me with a plan. Plus explained to was going on. Her patience was a immeasurable. Even when I had questions after. Thank you so much for saving me hundreds of dollars.
