Lorin Farr Park

Love this park! It's large, with 2 separate play areas for smaller children and a skate park for the older guys. There's also a swimming pool with a snack bar in the summer. Very dog friendly as there's plenty of open grass to play upon. This park does have restrooms open all year long and they keep them pretty tidy. Overall a good place to visit with your family for any occasion or no occasion at all.

The park is well maintained, there is a community pool, a skateboard park, lots of grassy areas and mature trees for shade. The Pioneer Days Rodeo is one of the best in the country.

The kids love going to Lorin Farr! I appreciate that they have put in a swing that anyone with any ability can be put in. I appreciate the bathrooms being open before Memorial Day like most parks as well.

Such a cute little park. The pool where sandlot is filmed is at this park. Got to visit and walk the trail to visit the bontanical gardens and the local street art Along the little stream.

A strange place near my own home, strange is good it is a safe place but it is haunted sometimes at night, that makes it amazing to me don't disturb the lucky people in the area it is an amazing location.

Such an amazing space to utilize, yet I feel sits empty a lot. Ogden is so Beautiful and I hope it stays that way!

This is a great little park, right on the river, there is a lot going on here though the summer. Love to see how many people are out and about. 2020 is not a normal year, it will be good to have the pool open next year and the Rodeo back.

What a great place to cool off in the pool and relax on their lounge chairs. When you get hungry or thirsty just pop over to the concession stand. It's clean and a fabulous place to be on a hot summer day. Dina is friendly and helpful.

Great park! It's by the river and is close to the river parkway. There's a skate park, swinging pool, play ground, picnic and bbq area. And restrooms! It's a great place for birthday parties or just to get out of the house! Enjoy!

You've seen this place in the greatest baseball movie ever made, so stop by do a swim!

Great pay to sell my drugs. And take hookers. There nice bathrooms to clean up. And There's no cops.

Great for waking your dog or riding a bike. Quiet and secluded but not lonely. You'll run into lots of kind folks out for a stroll.

Nice old park. Swimming area has been greatly preserved. The original swimming pool from the Sandlot. Very nostalgic place.

So the swim pool is really all there is I guess the skate park is getto. Do I get any thing for doing these or is this just a waste of time

One of ogdens oldest parks. Plenty to do for everyone in the family.. from the Lorrain Farr pool. (Made famous from scenes in the sand lot movie.) To the picnic pavilions and river access. Next to Ogdens rodeo grounds.

Lorin farr park is close to my house in the summer when the pool is open it's cheap to go 3 bucks a person. We go swimming there 3 times a week

It's a free skateboarding/sports ramp park. The skatepark offers a nice area to view with 3-4 benches around the fenced area then just out side you can reach the swing park across the parking lot with public restrooms.

We like this park. The grandkids can spend hours playing on the playground. Looking forward to the pool opening for the summer.

I grew up around this park and it's came along way from back in the day. On site restrooms, coverd picnic area with bbqs, a up to date playground, skate park, and lots of trees for plenty of shade. The river is right next to it and it's one of the stops on the long Ogden River walkway. Plenty of stuff for the whole family to do.
