Sam and Sean were professional and immediately imbued confidence and trust in me with their communication and how they serviced my VW Tiguan. Finding an auto mechanic you can trust can be difficult and I’ve had my fair share of being nickel and dimed for mediocre service. This place is somewhere you can trust 100%. Kapp’s diagnosed what was wrong (which several other shops had failed to do) and gave me a phenomenal recommendation for two convenient places where I got what I needed the same day. I even asked them where I could service my girlfriend’s Lexus and they gave me a rec that worked out perfectly as well. 10/10 recommend and I’ll be back for all my car’s needs. Thank you

These guys have worked on my Audi a few times helping fix my mods for the stage 2 tune. They have great advice and have saved me a lot of money and future problems. Highly recommend them.

I took my mini into 4 other places before coming here and they either didn’t want to deal with my problem or they didn’t know when they could fix it or how and they didn’t give me a solid price. After bringing my car here Sam told me when and how much and he knew exactly how to fix it with confidence. They know what they’re doing and they are reasonably priced

this is the best shop in all of utah. Sam and his team are knowledgeable and have extremely accurate diagnostics. I originally took my BMW into an exclusive BMW shop was charged 2,500 and my car became unable to drive after the “repairs” they preformed. Then I came to this shop and wow was that the best decision. Sam is honest and has quality work as well as quality parts. My car was driving so smooth and was reliable after. My car has been driving like a dream after sam and his team worked on a plan to help my car become drivable and reliable. We all know European cars are a big commitment but with this quality work and honesty you really are getting the best in utah. This shop amazed me with the variety of work that they are capable of.

I just got done at this place. I was referred here by a mechanic friend, but my mechanic friend only works on classic cars - hence the referral. The owner, Sam, was very kind and patient. He treated the customer before me very well and he treated me very well. There’s a reason this place has all these 5-star reviews.

I couldn't be happier with Kapp's. After having my BMW at another European auto repair establishment for 7 weeks (yes, 7 weeks!), where they finally told me it was "probably, most-likely" XXX that costs $5k to repair), I picked up the car and took it to Kapp's after it was recommended by a friend. Within 3 days (yes, 3 days!), Kapp's diagnosed it correctly (the other place was completely wrong on what the problem was), ordered the parts, and had it running again. 3 days vs 7 weeks!!!???

I recommend them without hesitation and will never take my cars anywhere else.

Sam and his crew are top-notch. My Porsche has been serviced here for years. I feel like they know my car better than I do.

Sam even helps with the little things. He was willing to clear an Airbag light, and read my computer when I was having an issue with the state emissions computers. He really goes the extra mile.

And if Sam somehow can’t fix the issue, he’s very upfront and honest. He’s not going to nickel and dime you when it doesn’t make sense to work on your car.

I highly recommend Kapp’s to anyone who drives a European car, and doesn’t like the high prices at the dealership.

I have two BMWs a 535Xi and M3 convertible. Sam has performed extensive repairs on one after it hit an object in the road and damaged the drive shift and oil pan. His work was absolutely meticulous and I couldn't be more happy with the repairs.
Sam also does the regular maintenance and upkeep on our performance cars and does an absolutely fantastic job!

These guys are so great to work with. I always feel taken care of, and treated fairly when it comes to work completed. They have worked on several of my Porsches and I have referred several friends who have also been impressed. Thx guys!

My MB runs amazing after a few much needed repairs!!! They charged me close to half of what the dealer was going to charge, so I was a little nervous, but I can't believe the difference in how my car handles, and they found an issue that the dealership missed! So glad I brought my car to Kapp's! If you have questions, give them a call, Sam was knowledgeable and kind! You guys have gained a loyal customer, I'll be back for my maintenance!

How often is that a mechanic addresses an issue on your car and discourages you from paying for an unnecessary service? I was so impressed with how they took a look at the issue on my car, quickly addressed and resolved it without a massive bill. From the moment I made my service appointment online, Kapps was impressive. The follow up on the appointment and the service while I was there was excellent. I'll be bringing both my Mercedes' to them going forward. Great people to work with.

Exceptional in every way! Honest, patient, and thorough. On top of their integrity, they run/manage a clean, efficient, and modern shop. Sean and Sam listened intently from the beginning and clearly communicated throughout the whole process. In a world of service providers that seem to be constantly trying to take advantage of you, it's HUGELY refreshing to work with people that are professional, honest, and transparent. They are busy and booked out for a reason. If you are able to wait, it's well worth it!

I've reviewed Kapps before, on another account, but it bears posting again. Kapps has been my goto for my audis for over a decade now. Straightforward, highly detailed and skilled at what they do, they have never given me the slightest reason to look anywhere else.

Sam is the owner. He is very friendly and helpful. He worked on my Audi that has a 3rd party warranty. He handled all of the paperwork and did the repair quickly. I've had two service visits to their facility and both have been great. I highly recommend them.
