Fresh Baked Brookfield

I love love love this place. I found them at the Brookfield farmers market and when I found out they had a store I was thrilled! The rotating specialty croissants and so fun! I've tried the bacon cheddar, the brownie cream cheese and the crookie. (Please make the crookie a regular I'm obsessed.) The regular chocolate croissants are always my go to. The coffee is phenomenal and the flavors are fun. The fresh baguettes make a wonderful addition to dinner or lunch. Not to mention the two people who I've seen working the counter are SO NICE. They're always welcoming and answer any questions you may have without being annoyed. I've recommended this place to so many people.

Tried a new place today and what a delight!!! All the French pastry is made by scratch. Light, flakey and buttery. This is the real deal. S'mores Latte was on point. My coffee was good but could of been stronger (personal preference). Fast and friendly service. Prices are fair for what you are getting. Not much seating inside but there were tables outside and it was fine. All in all, a wonderful place that will definitely get repeat visits from me!!

Been meaning to stop in for a while now. Finally went in today to get a croissant. They are all freshly baked . I got the ham and cheese. Delicious! The Cafe is tiny but the croissant had BIG flavor it was excellent. I will be back to try others.

This place is a hidden gem! Has everything you could possibly want in coffee and handmade pastries. It’s locally owned by a professional, female pastry chef and you’re supporting small business. Tucked into an atrium style part of a mall, it has some seating right outside of the shop by the entrance. It is far away better than anything at Starbucks!! Real butter, European style croissants of all kinds. Scones but no muffins or cake if that’s your thing.

Was welcomed so warmly that I will come back to this place when I’m in town again just by how I was greeted. The pastries are fantastic. I’m not a big pastries guy but they were really good. The chocolate Swiss thing was amazing. Bought a bunch of stuff for the office. The oat milk latte was very good. Give me a little peanut butter chocolate thing complementary, I looked in the area I would go here all the time to support this business.

Great coffee & the best croissants in WI! I attend the Cars, Croissants & Coffee car show regularly hosted in their parking lot lot every other Sunday & love the things I get from Fresh Baked!

Fresh baked (no literally fresh baked every day) french style pastries! I mean, layers and flakes is what you get. Mmm lamination! Seriously though, if you like light, fresh flaky and buttery pastries, they can't be beat. Each day offers new pastries so there's always a reason to head back! 😋

Quick and easy place from the interstate, there is plenty of parking and multiple places to eat. We got a couple of treats and coffee, including a chocolate croissant and a ham croissant.

I liked the French theme including the music. Coffee was great, specially espresso. Dthe pasties looked great but didn't get them.

Absolutely delicious baked goods. So many to choose from. The coffee was pretty good too. It's located inside Galleria West with no seating immediately inside the cafe but seating adjacent in the 'lobby'. Prices are above average but I think it's worth it for the baked goods.

I just found out about this place and had to check it out. We tried several pastries and croissants and they were all outstanding. I studied in France in college and stopped at a local bakery every day for croissants (gaining 25 pounds in the process). The service and quality at Freshly Baked were reminiscent of that place. Super friendly folks, delicious food. Can’t wait to return

This is a fantastic place. Have been here for multiple times and every time it has been a revelation. Try the croissants and the olive breads. They start baking early morning and are ready by 8:30 am ish. The aroma travels and lingers through the galleria space. And you will love to indulge in the flavors.

It’s a wonderful place! The cashier always gives you a little chocolate when you purchase something, and the coffee combos are fascinating. I especially like the lavender lattes:) 5 stars!

WOW! This place is seriously outstanding. The croissants are almost better than ones I’ve had in France and they have an amazing variety of different flavors and pastries. Not to mention awesome coffee and a super friendly staff

Anyone who lives in Lake Country knows how phenomenal their pastries are and it is wonderful to see them opening their doors in Brookfield. I visited them this morning in their new location and the entire building smells delicious. I can confidently say their pastries are the best in the state and possibly in the entire Midwest. Honestly, you couldn’t walk into a more delightful cafe. The owners are so sweet and if Brice is working he will greet you in French. Go give them a try and I promise you, there’s no way you could be disappointed.

An amazing french bakery on Bluemound near brookfield square. The owner and baker, is from Cannes, his wife is a Spanish chef. Blown away. No reason to miss the flakiest croissants over flowing with flavor and texture, Incredible pastries, and actual baguettes (not an Italian bread. ) .
Small mom and pop store. Please go and keep them going. Reasonable, authentic, delicious, hard to beat, and the espresso was great too.

I finally stopped in to the Fresh Baked Cafe this morning. They had the most yummy looking pastries!
I tried the Miami Guava cheese pastry and it was out of this world delicious 😋 I also got a cup of coffee. It was so smooth and perfect! My new fav spot ❤
