My girlfriend and I heard about JW Car Sales from a car salesman from another dealership. The dealership this salesman worked for wouldn’t work with us. They honestly just wanted to take us for all we had. They would only finance us at a 28% interest rate! This salesman knew that we didn’t deserve that and recommended JW Car Sales. I was looking for a new car after my car accident when someone rear-ended me. I had tried some big dealerships like Kia that after finding a car I liked sold it before I could get the money to pay for it. JW Auto sales reached out to me with a similar vehicle but with multiple Superior functions at around the same price. They were very friendly and willing to work with my financial history and struggles. They are skilled salesman and negotiators however unlike other small dealerships I never got the feeling that JW car sales was dishonest. They were very straightforward and I have had very few issues. The few issues I have had they have worked with me even a month later to try to get them resolved with as little trouble to me as possible. If I am still in the area, I would definitely go to them for my next vehicle!

Our salesman Mark was awesome. He worked with us and never made us feel forced into anything. Rich who did our financing was helpful and upfront. He laid down all the options, and never once pressured us into any of them, letting us decide what worked best for us. This is one car dealership we will definitely go back to.

I was treated with professionalism respect. Being a woman and alone looking for a used vehicle Brent Hart made me feel very comfortable with any questions. I was allowed to test drive the car I wanted easily. The purchase process with Rich was smooth and easy. After the purchase we did find a repair was needed and it only took 1 call and they picked the car up from where I work and left me a car while they fixed it in just a few hours. They also fixed window chips and made sure it was ready to go when I came to get it. I will go back when we need another car. I recommend JW Car Sales with confidence and affection.

The guys here were helpful and answered all of my questions. They helped me with the loan process too. I bought a vehicle from them and within 24 hours the check engine light came on. Even though the vehicle is as is they quickly fixed the vehicle and it has had zero problems since. Good, thorough and honest. I recommend them to people looking for a used vehicle. Update: My van is still driving perfect. I love it very much. I would recommend this dealership to everyone in Ogden. Excellent customer service, honest and the loan process is very fast. I went in and had the van I wanted in about an hour and a half!!

Wow what a week! My business is growing like crazy and to keep up, my credit is stretched to the max. When I found an additional vehicle I needed I couldn't get financed. How frustrating!
