AT&T Store

Kenneth, the att store rep that helped me yesterday, 1/12/24, is an amazing human. Not only was he quick, acknowledgable, and efficient, resolving ALL of the issues I came into the store with, and resolving them so I don't have those issues in the future, he was just a genuinely kind and friendly dude. He helped me with my anxiety, and talked me through some other issues I had experienced with my devices not working properly. I am NOT tech savvy, and hate being talked down to, which happens often, but I will be searching out Kenneth for any future issues/ upgrades, ect. I have in the future, simply because of how nice he is. Thank you again, Kenneth. I love you!! 😂

Rebekah is so great… even though this isn’t the closest store to me I will always make the drive to have her be my go-to expert. She’s easy to talk to, super knowledgeable and just an all around awesome person to deal with!

I was able to come in the store right away and get help both kody and Kenneth are amazing easy to talk to and outgoing i told them what i wanted and my goal as far as pricing and they were able to get me exactly what i wanted im very thankful for them both kody made sure i didnt have to do anything with my new phones or new dtv account im so thankful for the service i received and i highly recommend this store and sales rep.

Austin went above and beyond for me. I was in a horrible mood from losing my phone and he made the experience fast and was great conversation while I had to wait. Great customer service and highly knowledgeable.

10/10 would recommend Austin AND AT&T. I was switching back from Spectrum (hated EVERY SECOND OF SPECTRUM SERVICE!!!) and Austin here made the switch so painless, and fast! He was a huge help, definitely glad I stopped in to this store!

Stopped in last week and Purnell was amazing. Was there during a slightly busy time but he managed to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner. Purnell was kind, compassionate, and communicated everything well. Overall he had great customer service which is hard to come by these days. Will be returning in the future :)

Purnell, the manager, went above and beyond in helping me sign up for service. He coordinated with 3 different people on 2 different phones to help resolve an issue with signing up for Fiber service, which I could not do on my own. I would come to this branch again to purchase a product or resolve a customer service issue.

I came into this location with my mind set on getting a new phone and nothing else. The manager, Purnell, was amazing. He was so helpful I decided to switch my internet services as well! Rebecca was amazing and greeted & acknowledged me as soon I walked in the door. The atmosphere and customer service here was amazing!

The sales reps were very helpful in getting me all the information that they can and can not do to help me. Very nicely updated and clean store. Any needs for cancelation can not be done in store, but immediate need devices are up to par.

On vacation (from IL) and I really needed to speak with an A&t associate about upgrading my device! Mr. Purnell was super friendly and informative and helped me upgrade 😎. This store also is brand new which is always nice. I would recommend this store. 5/5

We stopped in after having issues with our I-Phones. Pernell took care of us right away and followed up the next day to make sure all was working properly. In this day and age of uneven customer service, Pernell was a breath of fresh air and a solid reminder of why we’ve been AT&T customers for many years. We need more Pernell’s in this world. He gets it. Thank you for your help.

Purnell was great. He gave great customer service and he listened to everything I said and gave me exactly what I was looking for. He is one of the best that I have encountered.
