Love this little store.

Service is pretty good. Some prices are reasonable and some they seem rather expensive. Wait times can vary greatly.

It had the books I needed for school, but don't go here if you can't afford to spend $70 or more.

So I called about a return I made with a pencil case since I needed a bigger pencil case that was cheaper, but I left my brand new bookmark tabs and post it notes in the case. I called them two weeks later and told them where they are in the pencil case that was put back on the shelve. They set them aside for me after having them look in the pencil case.

They told me they threw them out because I didn’t come on the day I said I was going to pick them up, which is kind of hard to believe they threw out $20 in new book tabs. I should of just left them in the pencil case until I was able to come get them myself. No one buys those expensive cases anyways plus the semester was basically over with so they would of still been there, had I not called.
