Pomp's Tire Service

I phoned ahead to receive a price quote, its fcfs business. The tire replacement(s) i needed are in stock! Great service on four commercial tires done in less then an hour. No confusion about keeping one tire as a spare. Billing went smooth and effortless. Everybody was helpful and doing their job! Nothing unusaul to report. I would say i would try to return there.

I've been here before and had zero complaints other than not being able to make an appointment. So when I needed 2 new tires (due to never rotating my tires, oops my mistake) I figured I'd just go to Discount since they do appointments. Huge mistake. Long story short I was there 3 times and still ended up at Pomps to have my car looked at. Turns out all 4 tires were out of balance (had all 4 TPMS sensors replaced/rebuilt at Discount). I will never stray from this place again, they employ guys who actually know what they are doing and you just can't put a price on that. And the next time I need tires, I will give these guys my business and happily wait my turn.

I had a recapped tire blow on the interstate and the recap ate the mud flap making an even bigger mess than usual. I had to wait a little bit for tech637 to arrive on the scene however he was by far worth the wait. If I have another issue and the told me he is my tech, I'd gladly wait all day if i had to. He carefully pulled the mud flap out without damaging the trailer air bag. Pretty impressive. Loaded trailer inner tire replacement done very, very quickly. Ben was very respectful, polite and thorough. I'll be requesting too location because of him. Highly satisfied.

Pomp's does it again! After going to them for over 20 years with both my work vehicles and personal vehicles, I thought that a tire they patched was most likely done incorrectly since the same tire went flat 2 days later. I was wrong; it was just our luck that we ran over another piece of garbage left in road a couple days later that flattened the tire. They took care of us immediately and John the manager could not have been more professional. You have a customer for life....sorry i doubted you!!

Got me in asap! Went to another tire shop at 7:30 am they said they don’t install customer supplied tires. But pomp’s did though. (This was a commercial vehicle) Ram 5500 tire size 225/70/19.5.

Cripes... I have not had a flat in a long time. Returned to my car after a customer call to see my tire flat. Was able to put some air in the tire and drive to Pomp's. Quick excellent work at reasonable rates. Thanks for helping a stranded traveler.

Great Service. Staff and the Manager went above and beyond normal customer service. As a business owner myself, we strive for customer service to exceed expectations. It is great to know other businesses and managers also strive for exceeding expectations. If you have tire service, they are the go to place.

Pomp's is great, just had General tires installed, made in America! Fast service also. They don't make appointments so call and select the tires you want, get your quote, give them your info and they open at 7 am. I arrived at 8:10 am and had 4 new tires installed and out of there by 9 am. I trust Pomp's!

These guys are awesome! Fast, efficient, and great customer service! This was my first time here and I was very happy with the service I was provided. Would recommend this place to anybody.

Matt did a great job helping me out with a flat before the holiday weekend. I appreciate that he seems like the kind of guy that likes to get stuff done and not screw around. Pomp's is now my go to place for my work tires.

Awesome, cutting grass/ leaves found my LR tire kept going flat. I took both off, threw them in the car drove over to Pomp's not knowing if the they could or would do lawn tractor tires or how much it would cost. I walked in door with dead tire & someone came from an office ready to help, sent me to the counter, while he walked my tire around to the service area. When he came back & assured me it would be taken care of then I asked if they could do other (as preventive) he said sure- he went & got other from my car, took it to the service area. He came back in told me 2 guys were working on my 2 tires they'd be done quick, then engaged me in small talk about mowers etc.. Everyone was very nice, very helpful, price was pretty decent too.

I went to go get an oil change and the hound men in the front desk was very Friendly and they have great service

I needed a patch due to a nail in my tire. I called, they said it was first come first serve basis for service and it would be 1.5 hr wait. I showed up shortly after I called, they took my vehicle right away and I was out of there in 30 mins! The staff was very nice and friendly. This was my first time coming there and I would definitely use them again in the future.

After an issue was discovered the day before Independence Day with my RV tires, Herschel juggled his inventory and got me in right away. I sincerely appreciate him and his guys going above and beyond to take care of me and get me in and out quickly so my kids vacation wasn't ruined because of my oversight!

Always a great deal on tires and fast, courteous service! Never a complaint and they get you in for emergencies too!! We were traveling to Florida and had a low tire. They got us in fast and fixed the leaking tire! Superb service!
