From the first phone call to the store managers, Rachael and Chris it has been an easy and pleasurable experience.
Rachael literally went above and beyond to accommodate me.. more than once..working with these professionals has made this experience so much better.
They treat you like family, they actually cared about me being happy and satisfied.
I will NEVER shop any where else for my home furnishings.

I started shopping at Ashley Furniture but didn’t find what I wanted. The sales associate Matt suggested I visit Joe Tahan’s Furniture, and even called ahead to alert someone I was on my way. I met with Rachael who showed me what they had that I might be interested in. I found two chairs I loved then Rachael helped me with fabric choices. I’m so happy to have been able to work with Rachael and Matt and am looking forward to the arrival of my new chairs in a few weeks.

Such an awesome place to get furniture from. The store manager even took the time to accept pictures of my living room on his personal phone to help me decide if the product would be a good fit for us. From initially calling to say I’m interested in a couch to having it delivered. The entire experience was incredible! The delivery was a very very nice white glove delivery as the website mentions. My wife was alone at home and they opened the furniture, brought it in, and went as far as to remove and replace our front door because the furniture wouldn’t fit with the door attached. They even set the 3 piece sectional couch up for us. Thank you so so so much for the experience! Would strongly recommend them over any other company. Easy to do business with!!

Our experience was excellent. Wendy is terrific. We went to two other stores after we found our furniture at Joe Tahan's just to check out the furniture. Those stores were cold feeling the sales people absolutely made us feel like they just wanted the sale (understanding of course they do want the sale). Wendy was helpful and gave us space and checked in on us never making us feel pressured. This was true of the other salespeople at the site. We truly just had a blast! Both my son in law and myself walked out with new living room furniture! We'll be doing business with Joe Tahan and Wendy again most definitely!

We were very pleased with our recent experience purchasing a bedroom set at Joe Tahan's Furniture. The showroom had a wide variety of sets to review and was clean and organized. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery was prompt and professionally completed. I was very pleased with the overall experience..

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We personally dealt with Wayne who helped our experience of picking out a new sectional and bedroom set super easy and quick! Overall Wayne made this process less stressful and actually fun to finally make our final decision :)

Stephen was very helpful. I told him what I needed. He showed me different options and my recliner is being today. I'm looking forward to it. Also, the young lady doing my paper work was very nice and helpful. I've been doing business with Joe Tehans for several years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else

I had a great experience with my recent furniture purchase. Brandy greeted me as I entered, and explained exactly where the items I was looking for were located. She then let me look, and try without feeling like she was hovering.
Once I came to the end of the choices she appeared again to ask if I had any questions. She answered my questions with ease and never did I feel rushed. She gave me her card when I decided I needed to look some more.
I came back the next day but had limited time. Just enough to take the time to really try my couple of final choices.
When I came back on day 3, Brandy was right there to answer my final questions, help me find a coffee table, and get me set up with financing. The financing team was professional and helpful when I had questions.
I highly recommend this experience. Freedom to shop, knowledge of products and attentive but not aggressive selling. Keep it up!

The sales people were not pushy!! They were very friendly and helpful!! This was my first time purchasing from Tahan's. I was a little nervous when it came time to delivering my kitchen table and 8 chairs. I thought something will be wrong with it just wait and see. But I was pleasantly surprised as everything was perfect!!! The delivery guys were super as well!! Very careful and respectful of my property!! I highly recommend Joe Tahan's!!!!

Had a great experience at the Tehans in yorkville! I believe the salesman’s name was Dan, so nice! While I waited for my husband to get there he walked around with me and chatted! Once my husband arrived he allowed us to go off alone and chat before he came and talked with us which I thought was great! We purchased a great sectional, and he gave us his opinions on color after showing him where it will be going!

Absolutely loved it! Very helpful group of people! Steven especially helped my mom pick out a nice bed and we picked it up from the warehouse, we took it home very happy! Patient, cooperative and very funny Guy definitely recommended getting help from Steven!

Great service with no pressure salesman following you around! Pointed us in the right direction then checked in every 10 minutes or so. Salesman very very knowledgeable about the products and made us feel confident in our purchase.

We were able to walk into the store and started setting on a few love seats before being greeted by Dan. We told him what style and size we were interested in then he redirected us. Dan was friendly and knowledgeable with all our questions. He was patient with our fabric selection. It was like having a conversation with an old friend, instead of a salesman pushing options you're not interested in trying to make a sale like the store we went to prior to Joe Tahan's

I just purchased a bed and mattress set and was very satisfied! My salesman, Matt was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all! Very happy to report 5 stars!

A1 place to shop. Welcoming but not pressured from the moment we walk in. Gary, was fantastic!! Wonderful, customer service oriented, loves where he works, knowledgeable and no pressure. Lori was the most outstanding and helpful salesperson that we have ever had! Fully convinced us to go to FLEX STEEL. We have had HOME STRETCH for many years, but needed a shorter sofa & smaller recliners, Flex Steel sold us on their framework!

We had a plan to go in and out looking for a new headboard for our bed. Went straight to the area and a salesperson helped us by showing us our choices. We weren't pressured and out of there in 15 minutes.

Wendy spent well over an hour helping us find the perfect sofa for our dog loving family. We chose an England sofa in a beautiful brown leather, and designed it exactly to fit our space. The quality, prices and financing can't be beat. Exceptional customer service. Can't wait to see it our home.
