Taqueria El Palmar

I love this place. Never a bad meal. I would recommend to friends and family.

In short, Taqueria El Palmar has fantastic food that is cheaper and quicker than most fast food places. I try about every Mexican place I can find, and this is the real stuff! I was pleased to find mole (Aztec style "sauce"). My wife got her "standard" Carne asada tacos, and we were both pleased that food came about 5 min. after ordering, and we both ate well for $15. Keep in mind that a taqueria is by nature an informal lunch/dinner place more like fast food. No margaritas, but the food is great and they even have "all-day breakfast."

This was a fantastic restaurant that was open late when I went and had amazing food. It was a great experience and the staff was super nice. The place is also very clean!

Love the traditional feel of this little gem. Fast, friendly service. Chips and salsa were complimentary, but so so at best. The tacos were amazing! Asada, carnitas and El Pastor...wonderful flavor! Definitely a great taco spot!!

This place is great! The service was super fast and all the food was fresh. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. I think the food basically came as fast as you would get something from most any quick service restaurant.

Would recommend for anybody who likes authentic Mexican food.

A family favorite, though we don’t often dine in. The food is excellent and authentic, the owners/workers are polite and friendly.

It has excellent food. It's a hole in the wall Taco shop. Those are always the best. Waitstaff is pleasant and upbeat.

My co-worker and I had dinner and the food was very good and the service was a little slow but a busy restaurant you will have that.. bravo I will be back

Best authentic Mexican food in Waukesha by far, I’ve been going here everyday for a little over a year. I get the taco dinner, the tacos are always perfect. Good meat portions and side portions. The rice is the best rice I’ve had at any place. Service and atmosphere is amazing, definitely recommend good food with a good price !

You won't find better Mexican food in the area. I drive 30 minutes for these fajitas with no hesitation. Best guacamole I've had north of Arizona.

I've lived in Texas and I know a good taco when I taste one. This place is absolutely legit. I grabbed takeout for my team and was very impressed. Food was hot and fresh. Tasted so dang good! This is now my goto Mexican spot. Can't wait to visit again!

Everytime we have ordered from here it has been done quick and tastes extremely delicious. Staff is super nice and though we haven't actually dined in the atmosphere seems amazing highly recommend this for your tacos.
