Nicole was absolutely wonderful to work with!! We picked Nicole and her team to sell our house with after interviewing five realtors. While Nicole uses a team to support the many facets of home buying/selling, we could always contact her directly whenever we needed/wanted.

We really liked that Nicole structures her company like how she would like to be treated as a client. As a two time out of state home buyer, I really appreciated that her listings included a floor layout with room measurements. What also set her apart was how easy she was to work with. While other realtors were arrogant and pushy, she absolutely was not. Her being a lawyer was also helpful and showed in all her attention to contract details.

We had some extra time to chat too when she dropped off the lockbox. It truly was like talking with a friend and not awkward business partner talk.

We had a bump in our sale when the first appraisal came back $30,000 under where we needed it. Nicole was able to work out a new appraisal for us though and got it right where we needed.

It really was great working with Nicole and her team and would use them again in a heartbeat if we were ever back in Wisconsin. I felt like I was moving away from a friend when the transaction was done.

Katie, the agent that we worked with, helped to arrange showings that accommodated my work schedule as a health care professional, and would arrange to have another agent from the company meet us if she was unavailable. They also helped us to navigate mortgage pre-approval when our big-bank team turned out to be less responsive than we needed. Lastly, and MOST appreciated, was that they respected our house-buying budget. Despite the current seller's market, we never once felt pressured to offer or increase our offer by Katie.
